Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการในทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง (3) เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการในทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลางที่มีลักษณะส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง ประเภททั่วไป ระดับชำนาญงานและระดับปฏิบัติงาน และประเภทวิชาการ ระดับชำนาญการและระดับปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 208 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสองขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 137 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลางโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าลำดับแรกประชาธิปไตยในองค์การมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอและเป็นธรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับต่ำนอกนั้นมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยด้านผู้บังคับบัญชา ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและกฎระเบียบและปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ในการทำงาน ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ข้าราชการทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลางที่มีประเภทตำแหน่ง ระดับตำแหน่ง และรายได้ แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the quality of work life of the officials at Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts 2) identify factors affecting the quality of work life of the officials at Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts, 3) compare quality of work life of the officials with different personal factors. Population comprised 208 officials at Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts composed of general officials including experts, and operation officers; and academic officials including experts and operation officers; from which 137 samples were obtained via the application of two- step random sampling method.Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way Analysis of Variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) quality of work life of the officials at Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts was at moderate level, with highest mean on democratic organization and lowest mean on adequate and fair compensation, 2) factors of supervisor, policy and regulations, and availability of materials and equipment affected quality of work life of the officials at Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts at 0.05 level of statistical significance 3) differences were found among work life of officials with differences in position types, position levels, and income levels at 0.05 level of statistical significance.
