ชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์วิชาทักษะสัตว์ปีกเรื่อลี้ยงไก่สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีเพชรบูรณ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์วิชาทักษะ สัตวปีกเรื่องการเลี้ยงไก่ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสีทธิภาพ ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไวั (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์วิชาทักษะสัตวัปีก เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา เกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์วิชาทักษะสัตว์ปีกเรื่องการเลี้ยงไก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพเป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตร วิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีเพชรบูรณ์ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2546 จำนวน 42 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์วิชาทักษะสัตวัปีก เรื่อง การเลี้ยงไก่ จำนวน 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ คือ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 3 การเตรียมโรงเรือนและอุปกรณ์เพื่อเลี้ยงไก่ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 6 การเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ และหน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 12 การป้องกันโรคและพยาธิไก่ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเผชิญประสบการณ์แบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น นักศึกษาที่มีค่อความเหมาะสมของชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อบูลได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพด้วยค่า £1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.67/81.33,82.34/82.00 และ79.20/80.33 ตามลำดับ เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักศึกษาที่เรียนจากชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์มีความกัาวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำลัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักศึกษาที่เรียนจากชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์มีดวามคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของชุดการสอนแบบอิงประสบการณ์อยู่ใน ระดับมาก

The objectives of this study were (1) to develop experience-based instructional packages on Chicken Production in the Poultry Raising Skills Course for the third year vocational certificate students based on the efficiency standard; (2) to study the learning progress of students studying the experience-based instructional packages on Chicken Production in the Poultry Raising Skills Course; and (3) to investigate the opinions of students on experience-based instructional packages on Chicken Production in the Poultry Raising Skills Course. The samples selected for testing the efficiency of experience-based approach instructional packages consisted of 42 third year vocational certificate students in Phetchabun College of Agriculture and Technology, selected through the multi-stage random sampling technique. The instruments used in the study were (1) three experience-based instructional packages on Chicken Production in the Poultry Raising Skills Course: Unit 3 : Preparation of Henhouse and Tools and Equipment for Chicken Production, Unit 6 : Broiler Production, and Unit 12 : Prevention and Control of Diseases and Parasites in Chicken; (2) parallel pre-tests and post-tests, and (3) a questionnaire to assess students opinions toward the instructional packages. Statistical for data analysis were Ej/ £2, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings were as follow: (1) The three units of experience-based instructional packages had the efficiencies of 80.67/81.33, 8234/82.00 and 79.20/80.33 respectively, thus meeting the set standard of 80/80. (2) The learning achievement of students who learned from the experience-based instructional packages increased significantly at the .05 level. (3) The students opinions on the quality of experience-based instructional packages were at the ‘‘Highly Appropriate” level
