Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของ
ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก (2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพนักเรียนจาก
ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกของสถานศึกษา ด้านผู้เรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่
การศึกษานครนายก และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของ
ผู้บริหารกับระดับคุณภาพนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรในโรงเรียน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 301 คน จาก 43 โรงเรียน
โรงเรียนละ 7 คน ซึ่งจำนวน 6 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่าย
วิชาการ หัวหน้างานวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และอีก 1 คน คือ ครู ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่ม
อย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่า
ความเที่ยง .98 และแบบสำรวจผลการประเมินคุณภาพนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) บทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา
เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ระดับคุณภาพนักเรียนจากผลการประเมิน
คุณภาพภายนอกของสถานศึกษา ด้านผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก
อยู่ในระดับดี และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารกับระดับ
คุณภาพนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก
อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study: (1) the roles on academic administration of school administrators in secondary schools in Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area; (2) the quality level of the students in secondary schools in Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area as assessed by external quality evaluators from the Office of National Education Standards and Quality Assessment; and (3) the relationships between school administrator's academic administration roles and quality of students in secondary schools in Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area. The research sample comprised 301 school personnel from 43 schools (7 personnel from each school). Of the 7 personnel from each school, 6 were purposively selected, namely, the deputy director of academic affairs, head of academic affairs work, and four leaning area heads; the rest was a classroom teacher randomly selected from the teacher in each school. The data collecting instruments were a rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with the reliability coefficient of .98 and a record form for student quality level. The data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall academic administration role of school administrators in Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area was rated at the high level; (2) the quality of students, as assessed by external quality evaluators from the Office of National Education Standards and Quality Assessment, was at the good level; and (3) there was a positive relationship at the moderate level between school administrator's academic administration roles and quality of students in secondary schools in Nakhon Nayok Educational Service Area, which was significant at the .01 level
