ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริการสถานศึกษากับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 จำนวน 300 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเทียบตารางของเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.92 และ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ บทบาทด้านการเป็นผู้นำ บทบาทด้าน การพัฒนาบุคลากร บทบาทด้านการวางแผน บทบาทด้านการควบคุม กำกับ ติดตาม และบทบาทในฐานะ ผู้จัดสรรทรัพยากร (2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และ (3) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the level of performing the roles of school administrators; (2) the level of the use of information technology in schools; and (3) the relationship between the roles of school administrators and the use of information technology in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 2. The research sample consisted of 300 school administrators and teachers in primary schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 2, obtained by stratified and simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Table of Sample Size. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with the roles of school administrator and the use of information technology in school, with reliability coefficients of .92 and .87 respectively. Data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) both the overall and specific roles of school administrators were rated at the high level, and the specific roles could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the leadership role; the personnel development role; the planning role; the supervision, monitoring and follow up role; and the resource allocation role; (2) both the overall and specific aspects of the use of information technology in schools were rated at the high level, and specific aspects of the use of information technology could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the general administration aspect, the academic administration aspect, the personnel management aspect, and the infrastructure aspect; and (3) the roles of school administrators and the use of information technology in schools under the Office of Trang Primary Education Service Area 2 correlated positively at the high level, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
