Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการการสื่อสารในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์หลาดใต้โหนด อำเภอควนขนุน จังหวัดพัทลุง เกี่ยวกับ 1) สภาพการจัดการการสื่อสาร และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการการสื่อสาร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจงจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการการสื่อสารในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์หลาดใต้โหนด มาไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี รวมจำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสร้างสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การจัดการด้านองค์กร กำหนดนโยบายตลาดใต้โหนดเป็นตลาดของชุมชน ดำเนินการแบบมีส่วนร่วม สามารถพึ่งตนเองได้อย่างยั่งยืน มีการจัดการคนทำงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ มีผู้บริหารจัดการตลาด คณะกรรมการตลาด ผู้นำทางความคิด พ่อค้า แม่ค้า และชาวชุมชนจันนา โดยทุกคนเป็นเจ้าของการผลิตสินค้าที่นำมาขายในตลาดมีการจัดการเครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร ได้แก่ เสียงตามสาย ไมโครโฟน บอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์เสียงเพลงบรรเลงในตลาด ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือประเภทสมาร์ทโฟนและคอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพาในการเผยแพร่กิจกรรมของตลาดมีการจัดการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วยเครือข่ายกินดีมีสุขจังหวัดพัทลุง เครือข่ายเกษตรกรและผู้ผลิต เครือข่ายตลาดชุมชนอื่น เครือข่ายศิลปินท้องถิ่นและมัคคุเทศก์น้อยจิตอาสาพลเมืองเด็ก เครือข่ายสื่อมวลชนท้องถิ่น และเครือข่ายภาครัฐ ซึ่งทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ เทศบาลตำบลดอนทราย สำนักสร้างเสริมวิถีชีวิตสุขภาวะ กรมการค้าภายใน สำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดพัทลุง สำนักงานการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดพัทลุง และการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานงานนครศรีธรรมราช (2) การจัดการด้านเนื้อหา มีกระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสาร ก่อนที่จะส่งสารผ่านช่องทางไปยังผู้รับสาร มุ่งเน้นแนวคิดตลาด นโยบายของตลาด ชื่อตลาด ตราสัญลักษณ์ความเป็นมา ความสำคัญ รูปแบบ จุดขาย สินค้าบริการ วัฒนธรรมและวิถีคนใต้ และผลประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากตลาด (3) การจัดการด้านช่องทางการสื่อสาร มีการใช้สื่อแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วย สื่อบุคคลที่เป็นพ่อค้าแม่ค้าและผู้ทำหน้าที่สื่อสาร สื่อธรรมชาติที่เป็นสถานที่ของตลาด สื่ออาหารท้องถิ่น สื่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ สื่อศิลปวัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้านที่แสดงในตลาด สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อกิจกรรมการสาธิต สื่อป้าย สื่อ ณ จุดขาย เว็บไซต์ เฟซบุ๊ก ยูทูป และแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การจัดการด้านองค์กร ควรขยายการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนโดยให้ทุกคนที่ร่วมเป็นเจ้าของตลาดในวงกว้างมากยิ่งขึ้น ต้องพัฒนาพ่อค้าแม่ค้าให้มีทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติงานในฐานะผู้ให้บริการและเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดี พัฒนาทักษะการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวหลาดใต้โหนดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (2) การจัดการด้านเนื้อหาการสื่อสาร ควรมีการออกแบบเนื้อหาสารในมิติอื่น ๆ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือผู้ทรงอิทธิพลที่น่าเชื่อถือ ให้น่าสนใจ ชวนติดตาม และน่าจดจำ และควรมีการสื่อสารภาษาจีนเพิ่มเติม เพื่อรองรับการเป็น "ตลาดอินเตอร์" ในอนาคต และ (3) การจัดการด้านช่องทางการสื่อสาร ควรมีการใช้สื่อแบบบูรณาการให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของคนในพื้นที่ และสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ด้านการจัดการสื่อดั้งเดิมยังคงเน้นสื่อบุคคลและควรมีการแต่งกายเป็นตัวหนังตะลุง "นายเท่ง หรือ นายหนูนุ้ย" เพื่อสร้างสีสันและดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว ด้านการจัดการสื่อใหม่ต้องเน้นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ควรเพิ่มการสื่อสารผ่านช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ประเภทอินสตราแกรม และ Tik Tok
The objective of this research was to study the management of communication for promoting creative tourism of Tai Nod Green Market in Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung Province, regardings 1) the conditions of communication management; and 2) approaches for developing communication. This was a qualitative research using the method of in-depth interviews. The twenty key informants were chosen by decision based selection from among people who had been involved with the management of communication for promoting creative tourism of Tai Nod Green Market for at least 4 years. The research tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview form. Data were analyzed deductively. The results showed that 1) the conditions of communication management were (1) for organizational management, a policy was set to make Tai Nod Green Market a community market operated in a participatory way so that it could be self-sufficient and sustainable. The stakeholders were managed according to their roles and responsibilities. There was an executive and a board of directors, opinion leaders, salespeople, members of the Janna community, and all of them were the owners of the products for sale at the market. Communication tools and technology used for disseminating news about the market (loudspeakers, microphones, bulletin board, music, smart phones and portable computers) were cooperatively managed, along with the cooperative networks that consisted of the Patthalung Province Kindeemeesuk network, the network of farmers/producers, networks of other community markets, the networks of local artists and junior volunteer guides, local journalists, and the government sector network that provided public relations support, comprising Donsai Municipality, Thai Health Promotion Foundation, the Department of Internal Trade, the Patthalung Province Commerce Office, the Patthalung Province Office of Tourism and Sport, and the Nakorn Si Thammarat branch of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. (2) For content management, there is a process to create and analyze content before messages are sent to message receivers. The main emphasis is on market concepts and policies, the name and brand, background and significance of the market, sales points and patterns, products and services, Southern culture, and benefits people can get from the market. (3) For managing communication channels, mixed media are used including personal media (the salespeople and communicators), natural media in the market location, billboards, point-of-sales media, websites, Facebook, YouTube and Line. 2) Approaches for developing communication consisted of (1) for organizational management, community participation should be expanded by broadening the people who are market co-owners. The salespeople should have their communication skills sharpened to enable them to better create understanding and promote cooperative operations as service providers and good hosts. Everyone involved should improve their online media usage skills to creatively promote tourism at the market; (2) for content management, experts or influential people who are credible should be enlisted to help provide interesting and memorable content. Some communications in Chinese should be added to make the market more international in the future; (3) for management of communication channels, media should be used in an integrated way and in a way that is compatible with the context of the local people. Media should be easy to access. Personal media should still be used, such as people dressed as shadow puppet characters to add color and attract tourists. For new media, the emphasis should be on social media with expanded use of Instagram and Tik Tok
