Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการฟาร์มตามมาตรฐานฟาร์มโคนมของเกษตรกร 3) ความต้องการการจัดการฟาร์มตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของการส่งเสริมการจัดการฟาร์มโคนมตามมาตรฐานตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมอำเภอลำสนธิ จังหวัดลพบุรี จำนวน 538 คนที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมปศุสัตว์ 2562/63 เหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคํานวณของทาโร่ยามาเน่ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 47.40 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จํานวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 3,98 คน ประสบการณ์ในการเลี้ยงโคนมเฉลี่ย 9.56 ปี ใช้ เงินทุนของตนเอง มีผลผลิตนานมดิบเฉลี่ย 5,523.00 กิโลกรัมต่อเดือน รายได้จากการขายนานมดิบเฉลี่ย 99,839.19 บาทต่อเดือน มีหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 238,014.93 บาทต่อครัวเรือน มีแรงงานในการเลี้ยงโคนมเฉลี่ย 2.70 คน 2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการฟาร์มตามมาตรฐานฟาร์มโคนมระดับมาก ด้านการจัดการฟาร์ม ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการบันทึกข้อมูล 3) ความต้องการการจัดการฟาร์มโคนมด้านสุขภาพสัตว์ ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการผลิตนานมดิบ การเก็บรักษา และการขนส่งน้ำนมดิบ และ 4) ปัญหาการส่งเสริมการจัดการฟาร์มโคนมตามมาตรฐานตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีด้านบุคลากร ขาดแคลนแรงงาน และการบันทึกข้อมูล ข้อเสนอแนะเจ้าหน้าที่ควรอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรโดยตรง และควรมีการบูรณาการในการอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี
This research study aimed to explore 1) social and economic conditions of dairy farmer, 2) knowledge of standards of Good Agricultural Practice of dairy farms; 3) extension needs for dairy farm management according to Good Agricultural Practice, and 4) their problems and suggestions of dairy farm management extension in accordance with the standards of Good Agricultural Practice. The population of 538 included dairy farmers in Lam Sonthi District, Lop Buri Province who registered with Livestock Department in the production year of 2018/19. The sample size comprised 148 persons was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with 0.07 variation. Structured interview was used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: 1) Most farmers were male with the average age of 47.40 years and finished high school. The average number of household members was 3.98 people, and they gained 9.56 years of dairy farm experience. They used their own funds with the average yield of 5,523.00 kg per month, the average income of 99,839.19 baht per month. On average the household debt stood at 238,014.93 baht per household, and the average labor was 2.70 people. 2) Dairy farmers had a high level of knowledge on farm management according to dairy farm standards including farm management environment and data recording. 3) Their needs for dairy farm management in the areas of animal health, environmental management, unpasteurized milk production management, storage and distribution of unpasteurized milk were ranked in the high level. 4) Farm management problems ranked in the highest level were personnel, labor and information recording. Their recommendations were that there should be continuing promotion of knowledge of farm standards, training course, and visits to dairy farms with best practice
