การประเมินหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินรายละเอียดหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตัวอย่าง 231 คน ได้แก่ ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารชุดวิชา 11 คน นักศึกษา 132 คน บัณฑิต 46 คน และผู้บังคับบัญาผู้ใช้บัณฑิต 42 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้เปีนแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไดยการใช้สถิติได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารชุดวิชาเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิตมีความหมาะสมภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกต้านทั้งค้านความชัดเจน ความสอดคล้องกับภารกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย การตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคม รวมถึงความสอดคล้องกับ มคอ. 1โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมในระดับสูง และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตรภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง 2) นักศึกษามีความเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้านทั้งความชัดเจน สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของนักศึกษา และตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคม และโครงสร้างหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมในระดับสูง การบริหารหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับสูง และนักศึกษามีคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง 3) บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกค้าน ทั้งด้านความชัดจน การตอบสนองความต้องการของนักศึกษา และการตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคมในทุกโครงสร้างหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับสูง การบริหารหลักสูตร การวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา การบริการการศึกษาของมหวิทยาลัย ภาพรวมมีความหมาะสมในระดับสูง และบัณฑิดมีคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง 4) ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความคิดเห็นว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในภาพรวมสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคมในระดับสูง และบัณทิตหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มสช. มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ คุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง

The purpose of this quantitative research was to evaluate Bachelor of Public Health Program, School of Health Science, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. The sample consisted of 231 stakeholders including 11 course chairpersons, 132 students, 46 graduates, and 42 graduates’ employers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were as follows: 1) The course chairpersons rated the appropriateness of curriculum objectives at the high level in every aspect including their clarity, consistence with the university mission, responding to labor market needs and society, compliance with the TQF, suitability of curriculum structure, and they were overall satisfied with the teaching and learning process at the high level. 2) The students rated the appropriateness of curriculum objectives at the high level in every aspect including their clarity, responding to students’needs, responding to labor market needs and society, suitability of curriculum structure, and program administration. Students also agreed at the high level that the program can equip students with desirable characteristics. 3) The graduates ratedthe appropriateness of curriculum objectives at the high level in every aspect including their clarity, responding to students’ needs, responding to labor market needs and society, and suitability of curriculum structure. They were satisfied at the high level with program administration, educational evaluation, and services of supporting units, moreover, they viewed that the desirable characteristics of graduates on the whole were at the high level. 4) The graduates’ employers viewed the overall objectives ofcurriculum corresponded to the labor market needs and society at the high level, the program could produce qualified graduates, and the desirable characteristics of graduates on the whole were at the high level
