Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สังคม เศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรและอุปกรณ์รับสื่อ 2) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการดินและปุ๋ย 3) ศึกษาความต้องการสื่อเพื่อการส่งเสริมการจัดการดินและปุ๋ย 4) พัฒนาสื่อตามความต้องการของเกษตรกร 5) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของสื่อที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามความต้องการของเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 53 ปี วัย Gen-X พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีเท่าที่จำเป็นต้องใช้งาน ระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จบประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 2) เกษตรกรทุกรายมีการเตรียมดินก่อนปลูกโดยใช้ผาล 3 และ 7 ใส่ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ร้อยละ 41.7 ไถกลบใบอ้อยลงดิน ร้อยละ 11.7 เกษตรกรร้อยละ 100 ใช้ปุ๋ยเคมี มีการวิเคราะห์ดินและใส่ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดินร้อยละ 11.7 3) เกษตรกรต้องการสื่อที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใส่ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน การปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน และวิธีการตรวจวิเคราะห์ดิน ตามลำดับ ประเภทสื่อที่ต้องการคือสื่อเครือข่ายทางสังคม สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อกลุ่ม สื่อบุคคลและสื่อมวลชน ตามลำดับ 4) สื่อที่ผลิตตามความต้องการของเกษตรกรได้แก่ สื่อวีดิทัศน์ เพื่อเผยแพร่ผ่านสื่อเครือข่ายสังคม ซึ่งเป็นไปตามความต้องการของเกษตรกรและกำหนดเนื้อหาตามความต้องการของเกษตรกร ได้แก่ การเก็บตัวอย่างดินเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ การอ่านค่าวิเคราะห์ การใช้ปุ๋ยตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน โดยแบ่งวีดิทัศน์ เป็น 2 ตอน ตอนละ 3 นาที โดยกระบวนการพัฒนาสื่อเริ่มจากการศึกษาความต้องการของเกษตรกร วางแผนการผลิตสื่อกาหนดรูปแบบและโครงร่างสื่อผลิตสื่อตามแผน และประเมินสื่อ 5) จากการประเมินความเหมาะสมของสื่อที่ผลิตขึ้น เกษตรกรเห็นว่าวีดิทัศน์มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากในประเด็นความชัดเจนของภาพ ภาษาที่ใช้ ขนาดและตัวอักษร ความชัดเจนของเสียงบรรยาย ความยาวของวีดิทัศน์ เนื้อหาตรงความต้องการ และสามารถนาไปปฏิบัติตามได้ ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic personal, social, economic, and media receiver 2) the condition of soil and fertilizer management 3) the media needs, media types and media content for extension of soil and fertilizer management 4) the development of media according to the farmers needs 5) the assessment of needs, media formats, and details of media production suitable for farmers. The population in this study consisted of 60 sugarcane farmers who were members of sugarcane collaborative farming in Bang Krathum district, Phitsanulok province. The sample size came from the entire population. Data collection process consisted of three steps: farmers interviewing, media development, and media suitability assessment through conducting interview. Data were then analyzed by using descriptive analysis such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, standard deviation, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that 1) farmers were more female than male, with an average age of 53. Generation-X people were ready to learn technology as needed. Most of their education level was Grade 4. 2) All farmers had soil preparation before planting by using calves 3 and 7. 41.7 percent of them used organic fertilizer. Plowing the sugarcane leaves into the ground 11.7 percent. All farmers use chemical fertilizers. 11.7 percent apply fertilizer according to soil analysis value. 3) Farmers wanted to receive educate about fertilizer application based on soil analysis values, soil improvement and methods of soil analysis, respectively. The preferred media type is social network media, Print materials(pamphlet media), group media, individual media and mass media, respectively.4)Media produced according to the needs of farmers include video media for extension on social network and educate about method for collecting analytical soil samples,reading analytical values soil and applying fertilizer according to soil analysis values. The video would be divided into 2 episodes with the length of 3 minutes each. The process of media development started with the study of farmer’ needs, media production planning, media format and structure determination, media production according to the plan, and media assessment respectively.5) Assessing the suitability of the produced media farmers saw video as being appropriate to a large extent in regards to image clarity, language used, text size and font characteristics. Clarity of the narration, video length, content that met with the needs can be followed accordingly
