| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การเปิดรับสื่อและข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับ บทบาทหน้าที่สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สื่อมวลชนและภาคประชาชนในจังหวัดสกลนคร (2) การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัด ของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สื่อมวลชนและภาคประชาชนในจังหวัดสกลนคร และ(3) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดของเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐสื่อมวลชนและภาคประชาชนในจังหวัดสกลนคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ข้าราชการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ทำหน้าที่ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สื่อมวลชนและภาคประชาชน ที่มีการติดต่อประสานงานและรับข่าวสารจากสำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัด สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ เจาะจง จำนวน 240 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ (1) มีการเปิดรับสื่อและข้อมูลข่าวสารของสำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) มีการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดถูกต้อง (3) มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทหน้าที่สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดในเชิงบวกระดับมาก | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were to study: (1) Sakon Nakhon government employees', journalists' and citizens' exposure to media and news about the roles and responsibilities of the provincial public relations office in Sakon Nakhon; (2) their perception of those roles and responsibilities; and (3) their opinions of those roles and responsibilities. This was a survey research. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The sample population of 240 people, chosen through purposive sampling, consisted of civil servants or officials performing public relations work for government agencies, journalists and citizens who contacted or coordinated with the provincial public relations office to receive news and information. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the majority of samples: (1) were exposed to media and news from the provincial public relations office to a medium degree; (2) had correct perceptions about the roles and responsibilities of the provincial public relations office; (3) had highly positive opinions of the roles and responsibilities of the provincial public relations office | |
