ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและแรงจูงใจในการปฎิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวรสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาและ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 252 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.88 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวรโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ(3) การใช้อำนาจในภาพรวมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 กับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตนเรศวร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9

The objectives of this research were to study: (1) the level of the use of power of school administrators; (2) the level of motivation in work performance of teachers; and (3) the relationship between the use of power of school administrators and motivation in work performance of teachers of schools in Naresuan School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Aiea Office 9. The research sample consisted of 252 teachers working in Naresuan School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Aiea Office 9, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instillments were a questionnaire on the use of power of school administrator and on motivation in work performance of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .88 and .93, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation. Research findings showed that: (1) both the overall and by-aspect elements of the use of power of administrators of schools in Naresuan School Consortium were rated at the high level; (2) both the overall and by-aspect elements of motivation in work performance of teachers of schools in Naresuan School Consortium were rated at the high level; and (3) the use of power of the administrators of schools correlated positively and significantly at the .01 level with motivation in work performance of teachers of schools in Naresuan School Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Aiea Office 9.
