Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพเศรษฐกิจ สังคมของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวา 3) ชนิดศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวาที่สำคัญ 4) วิธีการจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวาของเกษตรกร 5) ความต้องการรูปแบบเว็บไซต์การจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวาของเกษตรกร และ 6) พัฒนาเว็บไซต์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวา ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกส้มโอขาวแตงกวา ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดชัยนาททั้งหมด ในฤดูกาลผลิต ปี 2561/2562 จำนวน 315 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรมีอายุเฉลี่ย 53.32 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 52.05 และมีประสบการณ์ปลูกส้มโอขาวแตงกวา 12.93 ปี 2) มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการโรค ร้อยละ 65.17 การจัดการแมลง ร้อยละ 74.70 การจัดการไร ร้อยละ 69.02 ซึ่งเกษตรกรมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก และการจัดการวัชพืช ร้อยละ 59.71 เกษตรกรมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ศัตรูพืชที่เกษตรกรให้ความสำคัญระดับมากที่สุด คือ โรคแคงเกอร์ โรคกรีนนิ่ง หนอนชอนใบส้ม ไรแดงแอฟริกัน หญ้าตีนนก 4) วิธีการจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวาที่เกษตรกรให้ความสำคัญระดับมากที่สุด คือ ใช้พันธุ์ต้านทานโรค หรือ พันธุ์ปลอดโรค ตรวจแปลงและรักษาความสะอาดในแปลงปลูก ทำลายส่วนของต้นส้มโอที่ถูกแมลงเข้าทำลาย ตัดแต่งกิ่งให้โปร่ง และมีการกำจัดวัชพืชบริเวณรอบต้นส้มโอ 5) รูปแบบเว็บไซต์ที่ต้องการคือ (1) รูปแบบและวิธีการนำเสนอระดับมากที่สุดได้แก่ ต้องมีตัวอักษรที่ความชัดเจนและอ่านได้ง่าย ภาพประกอบมีความสวยงามคมชัด (2) ข้อมูลที่ต้องการให้มีในเว็บไซต์ในระดับมากที่สุดได้แก่ การขอรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติการเกษตรที่ดี ชนิดศัตรูพืชและรูปภาพศัตรูพืช และการจัดการศัตรูพืชรายชนิด อ้างอิงจากกรมวิชาการเกษตร 6) ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเว็บไซต์ เพื่อเป็นองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการสุขภาพพืช โดยใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Wordpress และ ชื่อ URL: https://planthealth.stou.ac.th เพื่อใช้เผยแพร่ความรู้ให้เป็นประโยชน์กับเกษตรกรในการจัดการศัตรูส้มโอขาวแตงกวา
This research aimed to study 1) the economic and social conditions of palmelo farmers in Manorom District, Chai Nat Province; 2) their knowledge concerning pest management of pomelo cv. Khao Taeng Gua; 3) significant pests of pomelo cv. Khao Taeng Gua; 4) pest management of pomelo cv. Khao Taeng Gua by farmers; 5) farmers’ demand for a website about pomelo pest management; and 6) to develop such a website for farmers to use. The study population was 315 pomelo farmers registered in Manorom District, Chai Nat Province, in the production season of 2018/2019. Data were collected using an interview form. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, i.e., minimum value, maximum value, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) The farmers’ average age was 53.32 years old. Most of them had primary school education (52.05%) with 12.93 years of experience in growing pomelo. (2) Farmers had knowledge of disease management (65.17%), pest management (74.70%), mite management (69.02%), which was considered to be at the high level, and weed management (59.71%), which was considered to be at the moderate level. (3) The pests that farmers considered the most important were canker, greening, orange leafworm, African scarlet mites, and finger grass. (4) The method of pomelo cv. Khao Taeng Gua pest management that farmers gave the highest priority was to use disease-resistant or disease-free varieties and check and maintain cleanliness in the planting plots, as well as destroying parts of pomelo trees that insects have infested and eliminating weeds around the trees. (5) The preferred website format: 1) The method of presentation should be clear, with easily readable font, and the illustrations should be beautiful and sharp. 2) The information required to have on the website at the highest level included the method of application for Good Agricultural Practice standards certification, pest species and pest pictures and pest management according to the Department of Agriculture. The researcher has developed a website to use as knowledge in plant health management using WordPress platform and URL name: https://planthealth.stou.ac.th to disseminate knowledge to farmers in the management of pomelo cv. Khao Taeng Gua pests
