Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาขนาดของตลาดส่งออกผลไม้แช่อิ่มอบแห้ง ทั้ง 4 ชนิด (2) ศึกษากระบวนการผลิตผลไม้แช่อิ่มอบแห้ง (3) ศึกษาประเภทของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิต (4) ประมาณการกำลังการผลิต และงบประมาณการลงทุนในการตั้ง โรงงานผลิตผลไม้แช่อิ่มอบแห้ง ที่จะตั้งขึ้นในจังหวัดราชบุรี และ (5) วิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนของการลงทุน การวิจัยดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ 3 ด้านคือ (1) ด้านการตลาด (2) ด้านเทคนิค 2 เรื่อง คือ เปรียบเทียบว่ามีวัตถุดิบเพียงพอต่อการใช้ของโรงงานหรือไม่ โดยเปรียบเทียบระหว่างปริมาณผลผลิตกับปริมาณความต้องการใช้รวมของโรงงานแปรรูปผลไม้ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และศึกษากระบวนการ การผลิตของโรงงานแปรรูปผลไม้แช่อิ่มอบแห้ง (3) ด้านการเงิน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โครงการมีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะลงทุน ใช้งบประมาณการลงทุนประมาณ 57.0 ลัานบาทแบ่งเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายก่อนการดำเนินงาน 0.5X ล้านบาทที่ดิน 60 ล้านบาท อาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง 12.0 ล้านบาท เครื่องจักร 25.27 ล้านบาท อุปกรณ์และอื่นๆ 2.15 ล้านบาท และในทุนหมุนเวียน 10 ล้านบาท เครื่องจักรหลักที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย เครื่องปอกเปลือกสับปะรดกี่งอัตโนมัติ ถังแช่วัตถุดิบ ถังต้มไล่สารเคมี ถังแช่น้ำเชื่อม ถังผสมน้ำเชื่อม เตาอบ และเครื่องหั่น มีกำลังการผลิตที่เหมาะสมคือ 160 ตัน/เดือน หรือ 1.920 ตัน/ปี ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตส่งออกได้แก่ สับปะรดแช่อิ่มอบแห้ง 666 ตัน/ปี มะละกอแช่อิ่มอบแห้ง 644 ตัน/ปี มะม่วง แช่อิ่มอบแห้ง 330 ตัน/ปี และฝรั่งแช่อิ่มอบแห้ง 380 ตัน/ปี ใช้งบประมาณในการลงทุนประมาณ 46 ล้านบาท ให้อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในจากการลงทุน (IRR) 32.21% มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) 35.513.000 บาท ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3.2 ปี นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าในการวิเคราะห์จะมีความเชื่อมโยงกันทั้งหมดเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์หาความต้องการตลาด การกำหนดกำลังการผลิตที่เหมาะสม การจัดหาวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้ของโรงงานการมีกระบวนการผลิตที่เหมาะสม จนกระทั้งถึงการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน ด้งนั้นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดในการวิเคราะห์ คือ การมีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องทั้งในเชิงกว้างและในเชิงลึก รวมทั้งกระบวนการในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ จึงจะทำให้ผลของการวิเคราะห์สามารถนำผลไปใช้ได้ในทางปฎิบัติในการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้มีข้อควรจะต้องระวังเป็นอย่างยิ่ง คือ มีหลายๆ จุดทั้งในกระบวนการผลิต การจัดการวัตถุดิบ และการจัดการด้านการตลาด ดังนั้นในการที่จะทำให้โครงการประสบผลสำเร็จลุล่วง เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ จำเป็นจะต้องใช้ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์สูง หรือมีความชำนาญในงานนั้นๆ เป็นอย่างดี หรือการใช้บริการที่ปรึกษาเพื่อช่วยในการพัฒนาระบบงานด้านต่างๆ
The objectives of the project are: (1) study on Export market size of 4 dried fruit mentioned above (2) study on the process of producing dried fruits (3) study on,the instruments and machines used in the production line (4) estimate productivity rate, study budget for set up Ratchaburi plant and (5) Analyze the Financial. The research is conducted according to 3 factors feasibility study (I) marketing (2) technical provided into 2 parts, sufficient raw material and process (3) finance. The result shows that it is possible to invest this project. Total budget for investment is about million Baht 57.0. Include million Baht 0.58 for pre - operating expense, million Baht 12.0 for land cost, million Baht 12.0 for buildings cost, million Baht 25.26 for machinery cost, million Baht 2.15 for equipments cost and million Baht 10.0 for working capital. Total capacity is 160 tons/month or 1,920 ton/year. The major export products include pineapple 666 tons/year, papaya 644 tons/year, mango 330 tons/year and guava 380 ton/year. As for the financial analysis Internal Rate of Return (IRR) at 32 21%, Net Present Value (NPV) Baht 35,513.000, Payback Period 3.2 year. In addition, all data are overall related to marketing information, optimum capacity, the quantity of raw material supply, suitable technology for production and financial analysis. The important of data analysis is comprising with two main factors; data correctness and completeness, both in the width and depth of data, together with verification process. This will give the useful results in practice. To use the research results, there are many points should be aware of such as the production process, management of raw material and marketing. Therefore, it should be well consulted by an expertist so as to research the business success.
