Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สังคมและเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน 2) การดำเนินงานของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน 3) ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนอำเภอปลาปาก จังหวัดนครพนม การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอปลาปาก จังหวัดนครพนม ที่มีการประเมินศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนในปี พ.ศ. 2565 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และในระดับปรับปรุง จำนวน 1,671 ราย กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 182 ราย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน ร้อยละ 59.3 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 55.96 ปี ร้อยละ 57.1 จบการศึกษาประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 79.1 ไม่มีตำแหน่งทางสังคม ร้อยละ 49.5 มีตำแหน่งเป็นสมาชิกในกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ร้อยละ 16.1 มีเหตุผลในการเข้าร่วมกลุ่ม คือ ต้องการหารายได้เสริม ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิก เฉลี่ย 8.40 ปี มีความถี่ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เฉลี่ย 6.15 ครั้งต่อปี การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากสื่อบุคคลอยู่ในระดับมาก สื่อกลุ่มและสื่อออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สื่อมวลชนอยู่ในระดับน้อย และจากสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด ร้อยละ 68.1 มีผลิตภัณฑ์หลักของกลุ่มเป็นการผลิตพืช สัตว์ และปัจจัยการผลิต ร้อยละ 22.2 จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ในตลาดท้องถิ่น มีรายได้จากค่าแรงงาน เฉลี่ย 212.85 บาทต่อวัน ได้รับเงินปันผล เฉลี่ย 1,139.33 บาทต่อปี และมีรายได้อื่น ๆ จากการเข้าร่วมวิสาหกิจชุมชน เฉลี่ย 37,676.92 บาทต่อปี และร้อยละ 30.4 มีแหล่งเงินทุนจากการระดมทุนจากสมาชิก 2) การดำเนินงานของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) สมาชิกมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีปัญหาด้านการผลิต ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านการเงินอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัญหาด้านการตลาดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) สมาชิกมีความต้องการแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านต่าง ๆ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยต้องการด้านการเงินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการผลิต และด้านการตลาด อยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic personal, social, and economic conditions of the community enterprise members 2) the operations of the community enterprise members 3) problems about the operation of the community enterprise members and 4) the development guidelines in the operation of the community enterprise members in Pla Pak district, Nakhon Phanom province. This research was survey research. The population of the study was 1,671 members of the community enterprises in Pla Pak district, Nakhon Phanom province who had gone through community enterprise potential evaluation at a moderate level and at a modification level in year 2022. The sample size of 182 people was determined by using the Taro Yamane formula with a marginal error value of 0.07. A simple random sampling method was used. Data collected from interviews were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the research showed that 1) The average age of the community enterprise members was 55.96 years old and 59.3% of them were male. 57.1% completed primary school education, 79.1% held no social status, 49.5% had a position in the community enterprise group as members, and 16.1% wanted to receive an extra income as part of the reason to join the group. The average membership time was 8.40 years, and the average activity participation frequency was 6.15 times per year. They received news and information from personal media at the high level, For group media and online media were at the moderate level, for mass media was at the low level, and for publication media was at the lowest level. 68.1% of them grew plants and raise animals. 22.2% distributed products in the local market. The average income from wages was 212.85 baht per day, and the average dividend received was 1,139.33 baht per year. The average income from other sources as a participant in the community enterprise was 37,676.92 baht per year. 30.4% had a funding source from members’ crowd-funding; 2) The operation of members of community enterprise, overall, was at a moderate level. 3) Members encountered problems with the operations, overall, at a high level with problems with production, management, and finance at a high level while problems regarding marketing were at a moderate level. 4) Members needed the development guidelines for operations at various aspects, overall, at a high level. Regarding the financial need, it was at the highest level. The management, production, and marketing needs were at a high level respectively.
