Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการจัดการหลักสูตรความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (2) ศึกษาความสำเร็จในการจัดการหลักสูตรความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ของสถาบันวิชาการทีโอที ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ของสถาบันวิชาการทีโอที ในปี พ.ศ. 2547-2549 จำนวน 272 คน เครื่องมีอที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งทดสอบความตรงโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน และทดสอบความเที่ยง โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิแอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.95 ได้รับแบบสอบถามตอบกลับมา 272 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ รัอยละค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การจัดการหลักสูตรความปลอดภัยในการทำงานประกอบด้วยนโยบายการฝึกอบรมและการจัดการฝึกอบรมผู้เข้ารับการฟิกอบรมมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับการจัดการฝึกอบรม เรื่องที่มีการจัดการในระดับมาก ได้แก่ เทคนิคการฝึกอบรม ความสามารถของวิทยากร สถานที่ฝึกอบรม สื่อโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ อุปกรณ์การฝึกอบรม (2) ความสำเร็จในการจัดการหลักสูตรความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ของสถาบันวิชาการทีโอที โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งด้าน การนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติ และความรู้ความเข้าใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม
The objectives of this research was to study: (1) the management and (2) the success of Occupational Safety and Health Course organized by TOT Academy.The population of this research was 272 trainees attending Occupational Safety and Health Course at TOT Academy during 2004 - 2006. The questionnaire was used to collect data in this research. The validity of the questionnaire was examined by 5 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by Cronbach alpha and the reliability value is equal to 0.95. One hundred percent of the 272 questionnaires were collected. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research: (1) the course consisted of training policy and management. The trainees had overall opinions at the moderate level. The opinions satisfaction on course organization consisting of the training techniques, ability of Instructor, training venue, audio-visual aids and training equipment were at the high level; (2) the success of the course management consisting of the application, as well as knowledge and understanding of the trainees, is was the high level.
