การศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของ ข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ และประสบการณ์การทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้ จำนวน 7 แห่ง มีจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 77 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 และได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .71 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนเขตภาคใต้ มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.60 และ 2) ข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้ที่มีอายุสถานภาพ และประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนข้าราชการครูวิทยาลัยชุมชนในเขตภาคใต้เพศชาย และเพศหญิงมีระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of motivation for work performance of community college instructors in the southern region of Thailand and 2) comparison the level of motivation for work performance of community college instructors in the southern region sorted by gender, age, status,and work experience.The research sample consisted of 77 community college instructors in the southern region. Sample size calculated from Yamane Taro formula with confidential level at 95% then calculated sample proportion from population quantity and used simple random method for sampling. The research instrument was the questionnaire of motivation for work performance with .71 reliability. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and variance. Research findings showed that 1) community college instructors in southern region had motivation for work performance at a high level at the mean 3.60; and 2) the community college instructors in the southern region who have age, status and work experience factors in different were significantly different at the .05 level by their motivation for work performance. Besides, the research findings revealed that gender of community college instructors in southern region were not significantly different by their motivation for work performance
