การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารคลังสินค้าของ
บริษัท ฟิต แอนด์เฟิร์มอิควิปเมนท์ จำกัด ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุม 6 กระบวนการทำงานหลัก ได้แก่ การรับสินค้าเข้าคลังสินค้า การตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า การเบิก-จ่ายสินค้า การจัดส่งสินค้า การตรวจนับสินค้า และการแสดงผลข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาวิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้วยเครื่องมือพัฒนาโปรแกรม VB.NET, Microsoft.NET Framework และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP Professional หลังจากนั้นได้นำระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาให้เจ้าหนัาที่ที่รับผิดชอบการบริหารคลังสินค้าของบริษัท ฟิต แอนด์ เฟิร์มอิควิปเมนท์ จำกัด ทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการทำงานของระบบ ผลการวิจัยที่ได้คือ ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่ช่วยเพึ่มประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนการบริหารคลังสินค้าของบริษัท ฟิต แอนด์เฟิร์มอิควิปเมนท์ จำกัด ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการทำงานของระบบ 4 หัวข้อ ได้แก่การนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบการค้นหาและประมวลผลข้อมูลการรายงานผล และภาพรวมของระบบ พบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการวิจัย คือ ควรให้นำเทคโนโลยีการนำข้อมูลเข้าแบบอัตโนมัต โดยใช้อุปกรณ์สแกนเนอร์แบบไร้สายมาเชื่อมต่อกับระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อช่วยให้ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานภายในคลังสินค้ามีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for the warehouse management of Fit & Firm Equipments Co., Ltd. The system consisted of 6 business processes; namely goods receiving, quality control, picking and dispatching, goods delivery, stock-taking and output display and reporting. This study was research and development in nature. The system development life cycle methodology was used. The software development tools employed were VB.NET and Microsoft.NET Framework including Microsoft SQL Server, which was used as a database management system. The system was developed under the environment of Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system. The evaluation of the system was then performed by the staff members who were responsible for warehouse management. The result of this study was an information system that could support users in managing warehouses more efficiently. The results of the system evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in 4 aspects, which were data entry, searching and processing data, reporting and the overall system operation. The implication was that, automatic data entry should be operated by means of a wireless scanner in order to enhance the warehouse operation.
