Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยค้ำจุนปัจจัยจูงใจและสมรรถนะภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยค้ำจุนและปัจจัยจูงใจกับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน และ (3) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพซึ่งปฏิบัติงานในงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 328 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยงด้านปัจจัยค้ำจุน ปัจจัยจูงใจ สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน เท่ากับ 0.82,0.91 และ 0.98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยค้ำจุนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางปัจจัยจูงใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โดยรวมอยู่ในระด้บสูง (2) ปัจจัยคำจุนและปัจจัยจูงใจทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ในทางบวก ที่ระคับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 คือ ความรับผิดชอบ การได้รับการยอมรับ สภาพการทำงาน ลักษณะงาน โดยร่วมกันอธิบายสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 2 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้ร้อยละ 53.20 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรสนับสนุนให้มีการเพิ่มสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ด้านวิชาการ ตลอดจนเพิ่มปัจจัยคํ้าจุน ด้านเงินเดือน ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ เพื่อส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มสมรรถนะสูงขึ้นและเพื่อคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาล
The Purpose of this research were: (l)to study hygiene factors, motivation factors and competencies of professional nurses; (2) to examine the relationship between hygiene factors, motivation factors, and competencies of professional emergency nurses; and (3) to identify influential factors (hygiene factors and motivation factors) in the competencies of professional emergency nurses at community in Region 2, the Ministry of Public Health. The research population was 328 professional working in the Emergency Department Questionnaires were used for collecting data and consisted of three sections: hygiene factors, motivation factors, and competencies of professional nurses These questionnaires were tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of those three sections were 0.82, 0.91 and 0.98 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage,mean and standard deviation), Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated as follows: (a) at the high level on both the motivation factors and their competencies and (b) at the medium level on the hygiene factors (2) Two factors: (a) the hygiene factor and (b) the motivation factor correlated significantly with their competencies (p<.01). Finally, (3) Co-factors (responsibility, recognition and work attribution) predicted their competencies. These predictors accounted for 53.20% (R2 = .532). As a result, professional nurses should improve their academic competencies. In addition to hygiene factors, their salaries be increased, and their benefits should be improved so as to accelerate their competencies as well as the quality of nursing service.
