ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัทไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด และ (3) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของ บริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 227 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 144 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอยางแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มตัวอยางแบบง ง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานบริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด มีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยรวมอยูในระดับสูง และเมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ ในระดับสูง ลำดับแรกคือด้านผลผลิตและผลลัพธ์ รองลงมาคือด้านค่าใช้จ่ายหรือต้นทุนการผลิต และด้านกระบวนการบริหาร ตามลำดับ(2) ปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลทจำกัด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ด้านผลสำเร็จในการทำงาน ด้านความเป็นอยู่ ส่วนตัวและด้านวิธีการปกครองของผู้บังคับบัญชา ซึ่งทำนายประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัทไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด ได้ร้อยละ 73 และ (3) พนักงานบริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลท จำกัด ที่มี สถานภาพสมรสแตกต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ . 05 แต่พนักงานที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัท ไทยเทคโนเพลทจำกัด แตกต่างกันมีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน

The study aimed (1) to study the performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited; (2) to study the work motivation factors affecting performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited; and (3) to compare the performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited by personal factors. The population was 227 operational employees of Thai Techno Plate Company Limited and 144 of them were randomized by stratified and simple random sampling. The data was collected by a questionnaire and was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, least significant difference and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) overall performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited was at high level. Considering by aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level which output and outcome was the first aspect followed by cost of production aspect and management process aspect, respectively; (2) the work motivation factors affecting performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited were work security, achievement, personal well-being and commanding which predicted the performance efficiency of employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited at 73 percent; and (3) employees in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited with different marital status had different performance efficiency at the 0.05 statistically significant level while employees with different gender, age, educational level, monthly income and working experience in Thai Techno Plate Company Limited had no different performance efficiency.
