ผลการพัฒนาทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน

Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพก่อนและหลังการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพก่อนและหลังการพัฒนาทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชันกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ งานห้องผู้ป่วยหนักกุมารเวชกรรมโรคหัวใจ โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) เว็บแอปพลิเคชันการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.80 -1.00 และ 2) แบบทดสอบทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบวิลคอกซัน แมชแพรส์ ซายน์แลงค์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กก่อนและหลังการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและระดับดีมากตามลำดับ และ 2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีทักษะการแปลผลคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจในเด็กหลังการใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่าก่อนใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

This quasi-experimental study aimed 1) to study the pediatric electrocardiogram (PECG) interpretation skills of professional nurses before and after utilizing a web application, and 2) to compare these skills before and after the development of PECG interpretation skills by a web application.The participants were 14 purposively selected pediatric cardiac intensive care unit nurses. Two research instruments were used including 1) the web application for developing PECG interpretation skills with content validity ranging from 0.80 to 1.00; and 2) PECG interpretation quiz, and its reliability was 0.83. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test.The results revealed that: 1) overall pediatric ECG interpretation skills of the professional nurses before and after using the web application were at a moderate level and a very good level respectively. 2) Their PECG interpretation skills after using the web application were significantly higher than the prior at the level .01 (p
