การจัดการความรู้ในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ของเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขต 3 (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากร เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ของเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขต 3 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการจัดการความรู้ของเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขต 3 ประชากรได้แก่ ข้าราชการที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 จำนวน 956 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 275 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิและสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 มีความคิดเห็นต่อการนำการจัดการความรู้มาใช้ในองค์กรในระดับมาก (2) บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 ที่มีเพศ อายุ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ ไม่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับบุคลากรที่มีอายุราชการ ระดับตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงาน แตกต่างกันมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 (3) ปัญหาสำคัญได้แก่ ความพร้อมของบุคลากร และข้อเสนอแนะสำคัญ คือ ควรเตรียมความพร้อมของบุคลากรทั้งในระดับผู้บริหารและระดับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ รวมถึงจัดเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และระบบสารสนเทศให้พร้อมต่อการดำเนินการ

The objective of this study for (1) the study the opinion of the personnel about the knowledge management in Prison and Correction Institution Zone 3 (2) for compare with the opinion of the personnel about the knowledge management in prisons and Correction Institutions Zone 3, separate follow personal factor (3) study problems and recommend appropriate approaches the knowledge management in Prisons and Correction Institutions Zone 3 The people is for example government servant that perform in Prisons and Correction Institutions Zone 3, prison amount 14 place and Correction Institution 2 place, total 16 place, amount 956 person, sample 275 person, Stratified Sampling, a tool that use in the save data is the questionnaire analyze the data by use statistics frequency, percentage and mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The research result meet that (1) personnel in prison and correctional institution Zone 3 there is per opinion administration knowledge lead comes to use in the organization in many level, (2) personnel in Prison and Correctional Institution Zone 3, sex, age, different commitment , there is per opinion administration knowledge lead comes to use not different, for old government service personnel, position level, experience works, in Department of Corrections, different there is per opinion administration knowledge lead comes to use different statistical significance .05 level (3) Important problem are person Preparedness and Important suggestion are should prepare the readiness of both of personnel in executive level and persuade the personnel participates in administration includes to prepare material, equipment and information system fully for operating
