การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการผลิตกล้วยไม้สกุลหวาย : กรณีศึกษาศูนย์ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพการเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการผลิตกล้วยไม้สกุลหวายของศูนย์ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาอาชีพการเกษตรจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมข้อมูลต่างๆ อาทิ ข้อมูลผู้ใช้ระบบ ข้อมูลกล้วยไม้ ข้อมูลการผลิต ข้อมูลการตรวจศัตรูกล้วยไม้ ข้อมูลเกษตรกร และข้อมูลสถานที่จัดเก็บผลผลิต การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้หลักการของวงจรเพื่อการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 13 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฯ จำนวน 1 คน นักวิชาการเกษตรจำนวน 2 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 10 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft SQL Server 2017 โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 และโปรแกรมภาษา Microsoft C#7 ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows 10 หลังจากนั้นได้ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกลุ่มเดิมทดลองใช้และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่สามารถบันทึก แก้ไข ค้นหา และแสดงผล ข้อมูลการผลิตกล้วยไม้สกุลหวายได้อย่างสะดวกและมีประสิทธิภาพ จากการประเมินของผู้ใช้พบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจในระบบทั้งด้านการนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ การค้นหาข้อมูล การรายงานผลและภาพรวมของระบบในระดับมากที่สุด

The purpose of this study was to develop an information system for producing Dendrobium, a genus of orchid, at the Agricultural Occupation Promotion and Development Center, Samut Sakhon Province. The information system covered various categories of data such as system users, Dendrobium, production process, orchid pests, orchid growers, and orchid nurseries. The study was conducted for research and development. The system development life cycle methodology was used, starting with a preliminary study conducted by interviewing a group of thirteen people, consisting of a director, two agricultural officers and ten workers. The analysis, design, and development of the new system were carried out accordingly. Microsoft SQL Server 2017, Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and Microsoft C#7 under Microsoft Windows 10 operating system were used as research tools. The evaluation of the system was then performed by the same group of people. The study showed that the information system allowed users to conveniently and efficiently store, update, retrieve, and display data for producing Dendrobium at the Agricultural Occupation Promotion and Development Center, Samut Sakhon Province. The users’ evaluation revealed that most users were satisfied with the system at the highest level in all aspects (i.e., inputting, searching, reporting, and the overall system).
