การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบวัดความสามารถด้านทักษะการ

สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัด
ความสามารถด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนระดับ
ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 1 ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 358 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้
ได้แก่ แบบวัดความสามารถด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ สถิติที่
ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจ
จำแนก ค่าความเที่ยง และค่าความตรง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แบบวัดความสามารถด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มสาระ
การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ที่สร้างขึ้นครอบคลุมเรื่องการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความสัมพันธ์ และหลักการ
และ (2) แบบวัดความสามารถด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ มี
คุณภาพตามเกณฑ์
The objectives of this study were (1) to develop a proficiency test on analytical thinking skill in Science learning Area for Prathom Suksa VI students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Educational Service Area 1; and (2) to verify the quality of the proficiency test on analytical thinking skill in the Science learning Area for Prathom Suksa VI students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Educational Service Area 1. The sample consisted of 358 Prathom Suksa VI students in schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Educational Service Area 1, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a proficiency test on analytical thinking skill in Science learning Area. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, difficulty index, discriminating index, reliability coefficient, and validity index. Research findings revealed that : (1) the developed proficiency test on analytical thinking skill in the Science Learning Area covered content analysis, relationship, and principles, and (2) the developed proficiency test on analytical thinking skill had quality that met the predetermined criteria.
