Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูประถม ศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 จำนวน 316 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมื่อที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนการสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีรายละเอียดแต่ละด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ใช้ในการวัดและการประเมินผล (2) ด้านปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ปัญหาการผลิตสื่อ และ (3) ด้านสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การวัดและประเมินผล
The objective of this research was to study opinions toward the use of information and communications technology for instruction of primary education teachers in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 316 primary education teachers in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on opinions toward the use of information and communications technology for instruction. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall use of information and communications technology for instruction by primary education teachers was at the moderate level, with details in each aspect as follows: (1) in the aspect of guidelines for appropriate use of information and communications technology, the overall rating mean was at the high level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that on the use in measurement and evaluation; (2) in the aspect of problems for the use of information and communications technology, the overall rating mean was at the moderate level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that on problems for media production; and (3) in the aspect of conditions for using information and communications technology, the overall rating mean was at the high level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that on measurement and evaluation.
