Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อระดับการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (3) ปัจจัยการบริหารองค์การที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และ (4) ปัจจัยการบริหารองค์การที่มีผลต่อการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 162 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างได้ 116 คน โดยคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และสถิติการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านกลุ่มอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประเภทสายงานที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ แตกต่างกัน (3) ปัจจัยการนาองค์การ การบริหารยุทธศาสตร์ การบริหารองค์การสมัยใหม่ และการมุ่งเน้นทรัพยากรมนุษย์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (4) ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์ การบริหารองค์การสมัยใหม่ และการมุ่งเน้นทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มีผลต่อการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยสามารถทำนายการเป็นองค์การที่มีสมรรถนะสูงของคณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้ร้อยละ 89.30
The objectives of this study are (1) to study the level of high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University; (2) to compare differences in personal factors affecting the level of high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts; (3) to investigate factors in association with status of a high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University; and (4) to indentify factors affecting the status of a high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University. This study is a survey research. The target populations were 162 personnels who work for the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University, with 116 sample size, which was calculated using the formula suggested by Taro Yamane. The tool used in this study is a questionnaire. The statistic parameters for analyzing the data included frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson Correlation Coefficients and the outcomes from Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings from the study revealed that (1) the level of high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University was in moderate level. (2) the personal factors which consist of age group, educational level , and type of work were found out to have diferences level of accociation with the level of high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University. (3) the leading of the organization, the administration of strategy, the administration of modern organization ,and the focus on human resource were proved to have positive correlation with the status of a high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University. (4) the factors affected the status of a high performance organization of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University, ware found out to be the administration of strategy, the administration of modern organization and the focus on human resource. And the predictation of high performance organization’s level of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University was 89.30 percent.
