การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการให้คำปรึกษาทางวิชาการ
และอาชีพของโรงเรียนสหราษฎร์รังสฤษดิ์ จังหวัดนครพนม ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น ทำหน้าที่จัดการข้อมูลประวัตินักเรียน ข้อมูลการเยี่ยมบ้าน ข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ/ประกันสุขภาพ ข้อมูลการเข้าแถว/โฮมรูม ข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการเข้าเรียน ข้อมูลด้านการเรียน แผนการเรียน ชุมนุม/กิจกรรม ข้อมูลผลการเรียน ข้อมูลบันทึกการให้คำปรึกษา ข้อมูลการทำความดี ข้อมูลการทำความผิดและข้อมูลพัฒนาการทางอาชีพ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ใช้หลักการของวงจร การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ด้วยเครื่องมือพัฒนาโปรแกรม XAMPP for OSX 5.6.8 ใช้ MySQL
เวอร์ชัน 5.0.11 ในการจัดการฐานช้อมูลโดยเรื่มจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์บัญหา การออกแบบ ฐานข้อมูล การพัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบและการติดตั้งระบบ หลังจากนั้นมีการประเมินระบบ โดยผู้อำนวยการ/ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูฝ่ายทะเบียน/วัดผล กลุ่มครูระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ครูที่ปรึกษา/ครูประจำรายวิชา ครูแนะแนวและครูผู้ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศ จำนวน 53 คน ผลการวิจัยที่ได้ คือ ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนการให้คำปรึกษาทางวิชาการและอาชีพของโรงเรียน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการทำงานของระบบ 3 ด้าน คือ ความสามารถในการนำเข้าข้อมูล ความสามารถในการประมวลผล และความสามารถในการรายงานผล พบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด (X = 4.98)
The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for academic and career counseling of Saharajrangsarit School, Nakhon Phanom province. The information system developed managed student information profile, information on visiting student homes by the advising teacher, health/health insurance information, morning row attendance/homcroom activities, classroom attendance behavior, learning information, learning program, student club/activities, learning achievement information, counseling information, record of good and bad behavior wrongdoing, and career development information. This research was developmental in nature. The method for developing the information system was based on the principle of information system development cycle, with the use of XAMPP for osx 5.6.8 Program using MySQL version 5.0.11 for managing the database system. The development process started with the study and analysis of problems, followed by database design, system development, system testing, and system installation, respectively. After that, the system was evaluated by 53 school personnel, including the school director/ administrator, registration and evaluation personnel, student help/care system personnel, advising/classroom teachers, guidance teachers, and personnel in charge of the information system.The research findings were as follows: the information system could enhance and support the academic and career counseling work of the school. Regarding three functions of the system, namely, the input ability, the data processing ability, and the reporting ability, it was found that the evaluators’ satisfaction was at the highest level (X = 4.98).
