Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครี่งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของข้าราชการ สำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) ระดับ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัด ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ 3) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัด ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ข้าราชการของสำนักงานสหกรณ์ จังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือโดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อ มูล ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที่ สถิติทดสอบเอฟ และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ข้าราชการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 64 มีอายุระหว่าง 35 - 45 ปี ร้อยละ 50 มีสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 60 มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 59.20 มีอายุงานต่ำกว่า 10 ปี ร้อยละ 46 มีอัตราเงินเดือนในปัจจุบัน อยู่ระหว่าง 15,000 – 25,000 บาท ร้อยละ 67.20 2) ข้าราชการของสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัด ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัย ด้านความสำเร็จของงานมีแรงจูงใจมากที่สุดรองลงมาคือปัจจัย ตามความรับผิดชอบ การยอมรับนับถือ และลักษณะงานตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านผลตอบแทนและความมั่น คงน้อยที่สุด 3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า ข้า ราชการที่มีอายุ และอายุงานแตกต่างกัน มีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้านผลตอบแทนและความมั่น่คงที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดบั 0.05
The objectives of this independent study were (1) to study personal factors of government officials in northeastern cooperative offices in Thailand; (2 ) to study the level of their motivation for the operation in northeastern cooperative offices in Thailand; and ( 3 ) to compare their motivation for the operation in northeastern cooperative offices in Thailand adhering to their personal factors. The population in this study was government officials in northeastern cooperative offices in Thailand. The 250 samples were selected from these officials. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The statistical methodology used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test; and analyzing the difference value by using Scheffe’s Test. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) 64% of the studied officials were female, 50% of them were between 35-45 years old, 60% of them were married, 59.20% of them were educated at bachelor degree level, 46% of them had the working age less than 10 years, and the present salary rate of 67.20% of them was between 15,000-25,000 Baht. (2 ) The motivation of the studied officials for the operation in northeastern cooperative offices in Thailand was generally at high level. The factors which motivated them ranging from the highest level to the lowest level were as follows: the success of their work, their responsibility, their respect, their work characteristics, their benefits and their stability got from their work respectively. ( 3 ) Comparing the personal factors of the studied officials which were different, it was found that the difference in personal factors in the aspect of age and working age of the studied officials made overall difference in the motivation for their operation in the aspect of their benefits and stability at 0.05 statistical significance.
