การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูม สำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนวที่มีคุณภาพ เพื่อ พัฒนาสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมสำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียน ตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตร (2) ศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะใน การจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมสำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตร ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมการทดลอง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยชุดฝึก อบรมทางการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมสำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับ มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการแนะแนวและการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูม จำนวน 5 หน่วย แบบประเมินก่อน และหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมฯจำนวน 3 ฉบับคือแบบประเมินด้านความรู้ แบบประเมิน ด้านเจตคติ และแบบประเมินด้านทักษะเพื่อประเมินความรู้ เจตคติด้านการแนะแนว ด้านกิจกรรมโฮมรูม และทักษะการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมของครูที่ปรึกษา ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้น ด้วยการ หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบประเมินทั้ง 3 ฉบับด้วยการหา ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องภายใน หาค่าอำนาจจำแนก หาค่าความยากง่ายและหาค่าความเที่ยง ซึ่งได้ค่าความ เที่ยงทั้ง 3 ฉบับเป็น .91,.88 และ .88 ตามลำดับ ศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนวด้วยการ นำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมจากการใช้ชุดฝึก อบรมทางการแนะแนวฯโดยการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรม โฮมรูมสำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตรมีคุณภาพตามการ ประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องที่ 1.00 (2) หลังการฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม ทางการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมสำหรับครูที่ปรึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา ตอนต้นโรงเรียนตะพานหิน จังหวัดพิจิตร พบว่า ครูที่ปรึกษามีสมรรถนะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมมากขึ้นคือ มีคะแนนความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะในการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คำสำคัญ ชุดฝึกอบรมทางการแนะแนว กิจกรรมโฮมรูม ครูที่ปรึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น สมรรถนะ

The purposes of the study were (1) to develop a qualitative guidance training package to develop competency on organising home room activities for the lower secondary level advising teachers of Taphanhin School in Phichit province, (2) to study the effects of using the guidance training package to develop competency on organising home room activities for the lower secondary level advising teachers of Taphanhin School in Phichit province.

The sample of this study comprised 15 lower secondary level advising teachers of Taphanhin School in Phichit province. The research instruments utilized in this study were : The guidance training package including 5 content units about guidance and home room activities and the 3 forms of pretest-posttest exam; the evaluating of knowledge and attitude about guidance and home room activities and the evaluating of regarding organising on home room activities for the lower secondary

level advising teachers. Validating the guidance training package by guidance experts and education research experts that analyzing the results with the index of concordance for package quality. Validating the 3 forms of pretest-posttest exam by analyzing the index of concordance, the discrimination, the easiness and the reliability. The reliability of the 3 forms of pretest-posttest exam was .91, .88 and .88 .To determine the package quality, the package was experimented with the sample group. Data was analyzed to compare advising teachers' scores on home room activities before and after using the guidance training package by the t-test. Research findings found showed that (1) the guidance training package was qualitative as indicated by index of concordance of 1.0 ; and (2) the teachers' competency as indicated by scores of the advising teachers' knowledge, attitude and skills regarding organising of home room activities from the posttest were significantly higher than those from the pretest at the .01 level
