Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สาระเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เรื่องการป้องกันการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการป้องกันการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการป้องกันการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนประภามนตรี ในโรงเรียนสังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 1 ที่เรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 45 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สาระเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เรื่อง การป้องกันการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 13 การจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน หน่วยที่ 14 การดูแลรักษาดิสก์ไดรว์ และหน่วยที่ 15 การสำรองข้อมูล (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สาระเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เรื่องการป้องกันการดูแลรักษาข้อมูลและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.93/81.11, 80.09/80.37, 80.52/80.19 เป็นไปตามตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีคุณภาพในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก
The purposes of this study were three-folds: (1) to development of an Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology and Communication on the Topic of Protection and Care of Data and Computer System for Prathom Suksa VI Students in School under the Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Educational Service Area I One based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology on the Topic of Protection and Care of Data and the Computer System; and (3) to study the opinion of the students on the quality of an Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology on the Topic of Protection and Care of Data and the Computer Systems. Samples were 45 Prathom Suksa VI Students of Praphamontree School in Bangkok Educational Service Area I who are studying in the first semester of Academic Year 2553 using the stratified sampling technique. Research tools consisted of (1) Three units of Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology and Communication on the Topic of Protection and Care of Data and the Computer System, namely Unit 13: Managing User Lists;Unit 14: Disk Drives Care; and Unit 15: Data Backup; (2) Pretests and posttests in parallel forms; and (3) Questionnaires asking the students’ opinion on the quality of the Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology on the Topic of Protection and Care of Data and the Computer System; and Statistics used were E1/E2, percentage, and Standard Deviation. Findings: It was found that (1) the three units of Electronic Learning Packages in information Technology and Communication were efficient at 80.93/81.11, 80.09/80.37; and 80.52/80.19 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) The learning progress of the students learning from the Electronic Learning Packages was significantly increased at the 0.05 level; and (3) The opinion of the students on the quality of the Electronic Learning Packages was “Highly Agreeable”
