ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโดอำเภอมายอจังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามพื้นที่และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้แทนครัวเรือน ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 904 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 286 คน จากการคำนวณ กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสัดส่วน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านความมั่นคงและเสริมสร้างสันติสุข ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดได้แก่ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ต่างกันและมีเพศที่ต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างส่วนผู้ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนที่เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปะโด อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี พบว่าปัญหาสำคัญคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ขาดการประสานงานกับประชาชน ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรจัดให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์การดำเนินงานให้ประชาชนรับทราบอย่างทั่วถึง

The purposes of this research were to (1) study civilian’s satisfaction towards the performance of Pado Sub-district Administrative Organizations, Mayo District, Pattani Province (2) compare the satisfaction of civilian’s satisfaction towards the performance of Pado Sub-district Administrative Organizations, Mayo District, Pattani Province, by area and personal factors (3) study civilian’s problems and suggestions on the operation of Pado Sub-district Administrative Organizations, Mayo District, Pattani Province. This study was a survey research. Population included 904 household representatives in Pado Sub-district Administrative Organizations area from which 286 samples were drawn. Sample size wasproportionally determined. Accidental sampling method was applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One –way ANOVA. Research result revealed that (1) civilian’s satisfaction on the performance of Pado Sub-district Administrative Organizations, Mayo District, Pattani Province as a whole was at high level, with the highest mean on the aspect of stability and peace building, and the lowest mean on the aspect of natural resources and environment management (2) when compare the civilian’s satisfaction, no differences were found among satisfactions of civilian living in different area and civilian with different gender, while satisfactions of those with different age, education level, occupation, and income per month were different with level of statistical significance at .05 (3) major problem was lack of staff responsible for the coordination with the public, major suggestion was more public relations activities should be conducted to cover whole sub-district area.
