การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง รูปแบบจำลององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชนที่มีผลต่อการมี
ส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา
ว่ารูปแบบจำลององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชน มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแบบ
ประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในท้องถิ่นหรือไม่ และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการตำเนินงานองค์การ
บริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชน ในการสรัางการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยให้แก่
ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นไต้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลสูงสุด โดยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้เก็บ
ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ได้แก่ ตำบลพุทไขสง ตำบลหายโศก อำเภอพุทไขสง
ตำบลหนองโบสถ ตำบลสะเดา อำเภอนางรอง และตำบลโคกกลาง อำเภอลำปลายมาศ ตำบลละ
100 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 500 คน ข้อมูลที่ไต้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติรัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และใช้ไคสแควร์
ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ทำการศึกษาวิจัยเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่
ทั้งไว้ กล่าวคือรูปแบบจำลององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชน สามารถช่วยสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม
ทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนในท้องถิ่นได้และมีข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยให้
ดำเนินกิจกรรมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชนต่อไป โดยควรเน้นด้านการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล
ข่าวสาร และการสร้างความเข้าใจให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการ
พัฒนาท้องถิ่น มีการจัดตั้งศาลาประชาธิปไตยเพิ่มเติม และควรส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้เพศหญิงมี
ส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแบบประชาธิปไตยมากขึ้น อีกทั้งควรเผยแพร่ผลการศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้ให้แก่
บุคคลและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย เพื่อผลักดันให้การจัดตั้ง
องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเยาวชน เป็นกลยุทธหนึ่งที่ช่วยสนับสบุนนโยบายการกระจายอำนาจสู่
ท้องถิ่น
The research study entitled “Model of Youth Tambon Administration Organization in Influencing Political Participation Towards Democracy in Buriram Province was undertaken to determine whether the established Model of Youth Tambon Administration Organization would influence local people’ร political participation towards democracy, as well as to make recommendations concerning implementation of the Youth Tambon Administration Organization to build up political participation towards democracy effectively and efficiency. The sample used for this research study consisted of 500 people from 5 sub-districts, 100 from each, i.e. Putthaisong and Haisok sub-districts of Putthaisong district, Nongbot and Sadao sub-districts of Nang Rong district and Kokklang sub- district of Lamplaimat district. Outcomes and recommendations were derived using percentage, means and chi-square analyses. The outcomes from analyzing overall sampling data are in line with the established hypotheses and implied that the model of Youth Tambon Administration Organization could help in promoting local people’s political participation towards democracy. It was also recommended that activities of the Youth Tambon Administration Organizations be continually implemented or be used as a strategy to support decentralization policy, with focusing on information dissemination, increase of people’s participation in sharing experiences in local development, increase of people’s participation in establishing more democracy pavilions, promotion of female participation in democratic political process, including dissemination of outcomes of this research study to individuals and agencies concerned
