Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีระบบการชำระเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวระบบการชำระเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 (3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 (4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 (5) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ประกอบการที่ใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในพื้นที่สำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 โดยไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรของคอแครน ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 400 ตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีระบบการชำระเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ระดับความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวระบบการชำระเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4) ปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 (5) ปัจจัยความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบการชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้ประกอบการของสำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
This survey study aims to (1) study the level of entrepreneur’s technology adoption of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV; (2) study the level of safety and privacy of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV; (3) study the level of entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV; (4) study the correlation of technology adoption factors relating entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV; and (5) study the correlation of safety and privacy factors relating entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV. The study population was un-known entrepreneurs using electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV. The sample size was calculated by the formula of the Cochran, as a total of 400 samples. This study used a convenient randomization method. The research instruments were questionnaires. The statistics employed for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Standard deviation and Pearson Correlation Coefficient Statistics. The study findings indicated that (1) the level of entrepreneur’s technology adoption of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV was at the highest level. (2) The level of safety and privacy of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV was also at the highest level. (3) The level of entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV was at the highest level. (4) Technology adoption factors, had positive correlation with entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV, was at a moderate level at statistically significant level of 0.01. (5) Safety and privacy factors, had positive correlation with entrepreneur’s usage satisfaction of electronics payment system at Regional Customs Office IV, was at relatively low level at statistically significant level of 0.01.
