ความผูกพันและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำขนาดใหญ่

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความผูกพันและคุณภาพชีวิตของ บุคลากรสำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่ (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนัก พัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่ และ (3) ความผูกพันและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร สำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่ ทั้งหมด 787 คน คำนวณจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ 265 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรสำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และพนักงานมีคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) บุคลากรสำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด และ (3) ความผูกพันและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ บุคลากรในทางบวก และการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยความผูกพันและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากร สำนักพัฒนาแหล่งนํ้าขนาดใหญ่ (r2 = 0.691) ในแง่การทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและประสบความสำเร็จ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความภาคภูมิใจและความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์การ

The purposes of this study were: (1) to study the level of engagement and quality of life of personnel at Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development; (2) to study performance levels at Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development; and (3) to study he work affected the performance of personnel in the Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development. This study is a survey research. The population used in this study was 787 personnel employed in the Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development. The samples were analyzed using 265 TARAMANA formulas by simple random sampling. Use questionnaire to collect data. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that: (1) the level of organizational commitment of the personnel at Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development was at the highest level. (2) The staff of the personnel at Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development has a high level of efficiency. Is at the highest level. (3) Commitment and quality of work life has a positive effect on the performance of personnel. The correlation coefficients and quality of work life were significantly correlated with the performance of personnel in the Bureau of Large Scale Water Resources Development (r2 = 0.691). Success factors include pride and loyalty to the organization.
