ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการพิทักษ์ สิทธิผู้ป่วย (2) พฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วย และ (3) อิทธิพลของการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยต่อพฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในโรงพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 134 คน ชึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและประสบการณ์ ส่วนที่ 2 การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วย และส่วนที่ 3 พฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วย มีค่าความเที่ยงแบบของสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับ 0.92 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพ (1) มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) มีพฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) การรับรู้ ประโยชน์ของการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยมีอทธิพลทางบวกและสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของพฤติกรรมการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยของทยาบาลวิชาชีพได้ร้อยละ 19.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study perception of professional nurses on patient advocacy, (2) to examine patient advocacy behaviors of professional nurses, and (3) to explore the influence of perception of professional nurses on patient advocacy on their patient advocacy behaviors at hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health in Kamphaengphet Province The sample included 134 professional nurses who worked at least 1 year at hospitals under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health in Kamphaengphet province. They were selected by the simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and it comprised 3 parts: 1) personal data and experiences, 2) perception of patient advocacy, and 3) patient advocacy behaviors. The reliabilities of part 2 and 3 were 0.92 and 0.93 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed as follows: (1) the professional nurses rated their perception of patient advocacy at moderate level, (2) They also rated their patient advocacy behaviors at the high level. Finally, (3) perceeption of benefits of patient advocacy had positive and could significantly explain variance of patient advocacy behaviors of professional nurses. This predictor accounted for 19.80% (p < 0.05).
