Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรนาแปลงใหญ่ 2) ความรู้ในการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มา 3) การปฏิบัติในการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มา และ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาควบคุมโรคพืชในนาข้าวของเกษตรกรนาแปลงใหญ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 60.1 เป็นเพศหญิง มีประสบการณ์การปลูกข้าวเฉลี่ย 26.39 ปี ร้อยละ 93.3 ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรเป็นอาชีพหลัก 2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาควบคุมโรคพืชในนาข้าวอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 57.7 มีการปฏิบัติในการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาการส่งเสริมการใช้เชื้อราไตรโคเดอร์มาด้านประเด็นการส่งเสริม วิธีการส่งเสริม และการสนับสนุนอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน
This research study aimed to explore 1) social and economic conditions of rice paddy collaborative farming farmers; 2) their knowledge about Trichoderma harzianum usage; 3) their practice of Trichoderma harzianum usage; and 4) their problems and suggestions in the usage extension of Trichoderma harzianum for plant disease control in the rice paddy. The population of this study was 390 farmers who were members of collaborative farming extension system project (rice paddy collaborative farming) in the year 2019 and passed the activity training in the topic of rice pest management in Chonnabot district, Khon Kaen province. The sample size of 163 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.06 and simple random sampling method by using lotto. Tool used in this research was structured interview. Data was analyzed using statistics such as frequency distribution, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the research revealed that 1) 60.1% of farmers were female with the average of 56.12 years. 58.3% of them completed primary school education and had the average experience in rice production of 26.39 years. The average rice production area was 14.38 Rai. 93.3% had primary profession as farmers with the average household members of 2.73 people and the average household income of 88,049.08 Baht per year. The average rice productivity was 371.95 kilogram per Rai with the average cost of production of 1,726.02 Baht. The average cost of Trichoderma harzianum usage in rice disease control per Rai was 91.99 Baht. 53.2% of farmers grew GorKhor 6 rice, 90.2% planted the rice by sowing, 73.6% harvested the produce with rice reaping machine. 2) Farmers had knowledge in using Trichoderma harzianum to assist with rice disease control in the rice paddy at the high level. The farmers received knowledge about the usage of Trichoderma harzianum from personal media, activity media, and mass media at the moderate level while receiving the highest level of knowledge from the government agricultural extension officers. 3) Over half (57.7%) of the farmers adopted the usage of Trichoderma harzianum at the highest level with the most practice on rice cooking for live culturing for the ratio between rice and water of 3:2 so that the rice would be cooked and hardened. 4) The farmers’ problem in the usage extension of Trichoderma harzianum were in the aspect of extension, extension method, and support, and these were at the moderate level in every aspect. The most problematic issue was a lack of support in the low interest credit resource for farmers. Farmers agreed with suggestions in the aspects of extension, extension method, and support at the high level in every aspect. The aspect they agreed the most was the availability of agricultural extension agencies’ documents regarding production and expansion suggestions along with the usage of Trichoderma harzianum for rice disease control in the rice paddy
