การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียนวิชาการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ เรื่องแนวคิดการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ สำหรับนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ที่มีต่อชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา ที่เรียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน เรื่องแนวคิดการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน เรื่องแนวคิดการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ที่ผลิตขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 81.67/80.32 ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) นักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุด การสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ(3) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการสอนแบบศูนย์การเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a learning center instructional package in the Personality Development Course on the topic of Personality Development Concepts for vocational certificate students of Chachoengsao Technical College based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of vocational certificate students who learned from the learning center instructional package; and (3) to study the satisfaction of vocational certificate students with the learning center instructional package. The research sample consisted of 40 vocational certificate students studying in the second semester of the 2013 academic year at Chachoengsao Technical College, obtained by cluster sampling. The research instruments comprised (1) a learning center instructional package on the topic of Personality Development Concepts; (2) an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s satisfaction with the learning center instructional package. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings were that (1) the developed learning center instructional package on the topic of Personality Development Concepts was efficient at 81.67/80.32, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students learning from the learning center instructional package achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the students were satisfied with the learning center instructional package at the high level.
