Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา 2) การใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา 3) ความพึงพอใจสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อ และการใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อกับความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา และ 5) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะประชากรกับความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ จำนวน 366 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา มีการเปิดรับสื่อประเภทสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ได้แก่ เฟซบุ๊ก และเว็บไซต์ ในระดับมากที่สุดเท่ากัน รองลงมาคือ สื่อบุคคล ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ประชาสัมพันธ์ 2) การใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ของนักศึกษา ในประเด็นเพื่อทราบข่าวสารเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ประเด็นเพื่อนำมาเสริมสร้างความคิดเห็นเดิมให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ได้แก่ ความรักและความภาคภูมิใจในสถาบัน 3) ความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ประเภทสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ได้แก่ เฟซบุ๊ก และเว็บไซต์ ในระดับมากที่สุดเท่ากัน รองลงมาคือ สื่อบุคคล ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ประชาสัมพันธ์ 4) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในขณะที่การใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูงกับความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 5) ลักษณะประชากรของนักศึกษา ได้แก่ อายุ สังกัดคณะ สถาบัน วิทยาลัยที่ศึกษา ชั้นปีที่กำลังศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือน ที่แตกต่างกันจะมีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 กล่าวคือ ลักษณะประชากรข้างต้นที่แตกต่างกันของนักศึกษาจะทำให้มีความสนใจในการเลือกเปิดรับสื่อแตกต่างกัน และส่งผลต่อความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อที่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the exposure of students at Princess of Naradhiwas University to the university’s PR media; 2) their utilization of the university’s PR media; 3) their satisfaction with the university’s PR media; 4) the relationship between students’PR media exposure behavior, their PR media use behavior, and their satisfaction with the media; and 5) how students’ demographic factors were related to their satisfaction with the media.This was quantitative research. The sample consisted of 366 students of Princess of Naradhiwas University by the multi-level sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlated coefficient, t-test, and analysis of variance. The results showed that 1) the majority of students were exposed to the university’s PR media through the Internet the most, that is, through Facebook and the university’s website. Secondarily, but equally, the students were exposed to the university’s PR media through personal media in the form of PR officials. 2) As for their utilization of the PR media, the majority of students used it primarily to learn about news and events within the university, followed by using it to reinforce their existing opinions, such as their pride and love of the institution.3)The students reported being most satisfied with the university’s PR media through the Internet (Facebook and the university’s website) and secondarily with personal media in the form of PR officials. 4) Students’ media exposure behavior was positively correlated to a low degree with their satisfaction with the media, which was a significant correlation at the level of 0.01. Students’ utilization of the media was positively correlated to a high degree with their satisfaction with the media, which was also a significant correlation at the level of 0.01. 5) Differences in the demographic factors of age, faculty, institute or college of study, year of study, and monthly income range were related to differences in students’ level of satisfaction with the university’s PR media to a statistically significant degree at 0.05. Students with different demographic factors as aforementioned made different choices in terms of their PR media exposure behavior and the demographic factors affected their opinion about their satisfaction with the media.
