Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์และการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชรธานี มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวน 11 ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ และ 3) การบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานการบริหารการพยาบาล แบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 และ3 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .9 และ .99 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์และการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในระดับสูง 2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับสูงกับการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purpose of this descriptive research were to study 1) the levels of strategic leadership and management based on the nursing administration standards of the head nurses. As perceived by Professional Nurses Sunpasithipasong Hospital 2) To study the relationship between strategic leadership and nursing leadership performance of head nurses. The samples were professional nurses working in Sunpasithiprasong Hospital. Ubon Ratchathani Have at least 1 year of experience working with 111 systematic sampling. The instruments used were three-part questionnaires: 1) personal data; 2) strategic leadership; and 3) management of nursing administration standards. The second and third questionnaires were Cronbach's alpha coefficients of .98 and .99, respectively. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and percentage. And Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Professional nurses perceive strategic leadership and nursing care management as high level of head nurses. 2) Strategic leadership had a high level of relationship with management.
