ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชีกรมศิลปากร

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากร (2) เปรียบเทียบผลการปฏิบัติงานของเข้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัชที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิดปากร จำนวน 152 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 110 คน โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ ใในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทคสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ซึ่งในกรณี ที่พบความแตกต่างในเชิงสถิติ ทดสอบการเปรียบเทียบ พหุคูณด้วยวิธี Scheile และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับผลการปฏิบัติงานของเข้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากรที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน มีผลการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี กรมศิลปากร โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านคุณค่าและการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ตามลำดับ ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการปฏิบัติงานในระดับคอนข้างสูง (R - 0.72) และสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของผลการปฏิบัติงานได้ร้อยละ 51 (Adjusted R² - 0.51) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the performance of finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department; (2) compare the performance of finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department classified by personal factors and (3) study factors affecting the performance of finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department. Populations in this study were 152 finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department and 110 samples were calculated by Taro Yamane's methodology with stratified and simple random sampling. The instruments for data collection were the online questionnaires with the reliability 0.90, the statistic used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test statistic, one-way ANOVA in case of the difference appearance in statistic, multiple comparison test by Scheffe method and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The result of study found that (1) level of the performance of finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department was overall at the high level, (2) the difference of age of finance and accounting officers appeared the difference in operational result with statistical significance at 0.05 level; and (3) factors affecting the performance of finance and accounting officers in the Fine Arts Department were the value and participation and the knowledge and ability respectively, which were positively correlated with the performance at the high level (R=0.72) and could predict the performance by 51% (Adjusted R2 = 0.51) at a significance level of 0.05
