ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความไว้วางใจ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่น ด้านการมีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการมีจินตนาการ และด้านการมีความสามารถในการคิดค้นงานใหม่ และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the creative leadership level of school administrators; and (2) to compare creative leadership levels of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu as classified by school size.The research sample consisted of 320 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu in the 2023 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire concerning creative leadership of school administrator, with reliability coefficient of .95. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA.The research findings showed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of creative leadership of the school administrators as perceived by the teachers were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of their creative leadership could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: that of having the confidence, that of having the flexibility, that of having the problem solving ability, that of having the vision, that of having the imagination, and that of having the ability to create new tasks; and (2) the comparison results of creative leadership levels of the school administrators as classified by school size showed no significant difference both for the overall comparison and the comparison of specific aspects.
