คุณภาพการให้บริการเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของเกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการให้บริการจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกร ผู้ใช้บริการเงินกองทุนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมของสำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และยังมีสถานะเป็นลูกหนี้จำนวน 100 ราย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการมีระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) เกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่อปี จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน และจำนวนเงินกู้ที่ได้รับ แตกต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น เกษตรกรผู้ใช้บริการที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุนเพื่อการเกษตรต่อปีแตกต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study were: (1) to study level of the service quality among farmers who used the service on the service quality of fund for agricultural land reform of Prachuapkhirikhan Agricultural Land Reform Office; and (2) to compare the quality of service by personal factors. This study of a survey research. The sample used in the study was 100 farmers who used the service fund for agricultural land reform of Prachuapkhirikhan Agricultural Land Reform Office and was debtors by Multi-stage sampling method. Equipment used in the study questionnaire. The statistical analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, the t-test and the F-test. This study found that: (1) The farmers who used the service rated the overall level of service quality at the high level; and (2) the farmers who used the service with different gender, age, marital status, education level, yearly income, number of household members and the loan amount received rated no different level of satisfaction with the quality of service except for the farmers who used the service with different yearly cost of agriculture investment rated different level of satisfaction with the quality of service on service personnel with statistical significance the 0.05 level.
