Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานโรงแรมเมืองสมุยสปารีสอร์ท และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานโรงแรมเมืองสมุยสปารีสอร์ท จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานโรงแรมเมืองสมุยสปารีสอร์ท จำนวน 190 คน คำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ 130 ตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างทางนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานโรงแรมเมืองสมุยสปารีสอร์ท โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการติดต่อสัมพันธ์ โดยท่านและเพื่อนร่วมงานสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้เป็นอย่างดี และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดได้แก่ ความรักในงาน และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานโรงแรมเมืองสมุยสปารีสอร์ท จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the levels of work happiness of Muang Samui Spa Resort’s Employees, and (2) to compare work happiness of employees classified by personal characteristics. This study was survey research. The population consisted of 190 Muang Samui Spa Resort’s employees. The 130 samples were calcuted by Taro Yamane formula, using simple random sampling. The instrument of this study was Likert Scale questionnaire and the statistics data analysis employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test one-way ANOVA. The result revealed that: (1) the overall level of work happiness was at a high level, with the highest mean in connections and lowest mean in love of work. (2) For camparison of work happiness as classified by personal factors, the result indicated the statistically nondifferences.
