การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์
กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพละศึกษา ด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย เรื่อง การใช้ยาสมุนไพร
สำหรับครู เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ศรีสะเกษ เขต 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) เพื่อศึกษา
ความก้าวหน้าในการฝึกอบรมของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมจากชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ และ(3)
เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพละศึกษา
โรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษเขต 2 จำนวน 39 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่
ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพละ
ศึกษาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย เรื่อง การใช้ยาสมุนไพร สำหรับครู เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต
2 จำนวน 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ ได้แก่ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 1 การจัดการเรียนการสอนการใช้ยา
สมุนไพร หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 2 การนำยาสมุนไพรไปใช้ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 3 การส่งเสริม
การใช้ยาสมุนไพรในโรงเรียน (2) แบบทดสอบก่อน และหลังการฝึกอบรม และ (3) แบบสอบถาม
ความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการ
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่า E,/E,ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบ ค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษา
และพละศึกษา ด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย เรื่อง การใช้ยาสมุนไพร สำหรับครู เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรี
สะเกษ เขต 2 ที่พัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วยประสบการณ์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 8070/81.70, 80.30/81.00, และ
81.20/82.00 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนจาก
ชุดฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ โดยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของชุด
ฝึกอบรมแบบอิงประสบการณ์ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก
The purposes of this study were threefold: (1) to develop experience-based training packages in the Traditional Thai Medicine Substance of the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the Use of Herbal Medicines for teachers in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 2 based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of trainees who were trained with the developed training packages; and (3) to study trainees' opinions toward the quality of experience-based training packages. The sample used in the research consisted of 39 purposively selected teachers teaching the Health and Physical Education Learning Area in schools in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 2. The instruments used in the study were (1) three experience units of experience-based training packages in the Traditional Thai Medicine Substance of the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the Use of Herbal Medicines for teachers in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 2, namely, Experience Unit 1: Instructional Management on the Use of Herbal Medicines; Experience Unit 2: Taking Herbal Medicines for Uses; and Experience Unit 3: Promotion of Herbal Medicine Usage in School; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess the trainees' opinions toward the quality of the experience-based training packages. The statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed three experience units of the experience-based training packages in the Thai Traditional Medicine Substance of the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the Use of Herbal Medicines for teachers in Si Sa Ket Educational Service Area 2 were efficient at 80.70/81.70, 80.30/81,00, and 81.20/82.00 respectively, thus meeting the predetermined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the trainees who were trained with the developed training packages achieved learning progress as shown by their post-training learning achievement being significantly higher than their pre-training counterpart at the .05 level; and (3) the trainees had opinions that the quality of experience-based training packages was at the highly appropriate level.
