Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภา (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหาร จัดการของสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภา และ (3) เสนอแนะในการบริหารจัดการสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภาให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์มากยิ่งขึ้น การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยสำรวจจากประชากรซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรของสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 190 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม และ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาโดยนำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยการบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยด้านความชัดเจนของนโยบาย ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการ ของสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะในการ บริหารจัดการสำนักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภาให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์มากย
The objectives of this study were (1) to study level of administrative achievement of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand (2 ) to study factors related to the administrative achievement of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand; and (3) to study guidelines to increase the administrative achievement of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand. This study was a survey research. The population was 190 officers who had been working for the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand. A questionnaire was used as the research tool. Statistics employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and content analysis. The finding revealed that (1) level of administrative achievement of the Secretariat Office of the Teachers Council of Thailand was at high level (2) factors regarding clear policy, responsibility, coordination and technology had positive correlation with the administrative
