การศึกษาสาเหตุและผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น : ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง (2) ผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งทาง การเมืองในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง (3) แนวทางในการแก้ไข ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ได้แก่ ความแตกต่าง ระหว่างบุคคล ความไม่ลงรอยกันในผลประโยชน์และการจัดสรรแบ่งปันสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าและการใช้ อำนาจทางการเมือง ตามลำดับ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ผลกระทบของความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ได้แก่ ความไม่ลงรอยกันในผลประโยชน์และการจัดสรรแบ่งปันสิ่งที่มีคุณค่า การใช้อำนาจทางการ เมือง และความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล ตามลำดับ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) แนวทางแก้ไขความขัด แย้งทางการเมือง ได้แก่ ความไม่ลงรอยกันในผลประโยชน์และการจัคสรรแบ่งปันสิ่งที่มีคุณค่า การ ใช้อำนาจทางการเมือง และความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the causes of political conflict in the local government organization in Amphoe mueang, Rayong Province ; (2) the impact of political conflict in the local government organization in Amphoe Mueang, Rayong Province; and (3) how to resolve the conflict in the local government organization in Amphoe Mueang, Rayong Province. The Findings were that (1) the causes of political conflict were at a moderate level in terms of individual differences, contradictory interests and allocation of value, and the exercise of political power, respectively; (2) the impact of political conflict was at a moderate level in terms of contradictory interests and allocation of value, the exercise of political power, and individual differences, respectively; and (3) ways of resolving the conflict were at a high level in terms of contradictory interests and allocation of value, the exercise of political power, and individual differences, respectively.
