การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานพัสดุของ
โรงเรียนบอสโกพิทักษ์จังหวัดนครปฐม ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุม 4 กระบวนการทํางานหลักได้แก่ การจัดการโครงการจัดหาพัสดุ การจัดการข้อมูลพัสดุการค้นหาข้อมูลพัสดุการออกรายงานการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้ หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้วยเครื่องมือพัฒนาโปรแกรม ASP.NET, Crystal Reports และระบบจัดการฐานขอมูล Microsoft SQL Server ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows 2003 Server โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางการบริหารงานพัสดุการออกแบบฐานขอมูล การ
พัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบและการติดต้ังระบบ หลังจากน้ันมีการประเมินระบบโดยผู้บริหารเจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรของโรงเรียนบอสโกพิทักษ์จังหวดนครปฐม จํานวน 120 คน ผลการวิจัยที่ได้คือ ได้ระบบสารสนเทศที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการทำงานของระบบ 4 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการทำงานตรงตามความต้องการ ความสามารถในการทำงานตามหน้าที่ของระบบ ความสะดวกและง่ายต่อการใช้ระบบ และความปลอดภัยของระบบ พบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก
The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for commodity management of Boscopitak School in Nakornpathom Province. The system consisted of 4 processes; project management, commodity management, seeking commodity and reporting. This study was research and development in nature. The system development life cycle methodology was used. The software development tools employed were ASP.NET, Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server. The system was developed under the environment of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server operating system. The evaluation of the system was then performed by administrators and staff members of Boscopitak School amounting to 120 persons who were responsible for commodity management. The result of this study was an information system that could support users in managing commodity more efficiently. The results of the system evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in 4 aspects, functional requirement test, function test, usability test and security test.
