Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากรของนักท่องเที่ยว 2) ศึกษาการเปิดรับสื่อของนักท่องเที่ยว 3) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยว และ 4) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรกับการเปิดรับสื่อของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการภูป่าเปาะ อำเภอหนองหิน จังหวัดเลย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการ ณ ศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยวภูป่าเปาะ อำเภอหนองหิน จังหวัดเลย จำนวน 400 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง สถานภาพสมรสโสด อายุ 20 -29 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า อาชีพรับข้าราชการและพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท และมีถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยอยู่ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเปิดรับสื่อเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุดได้แก่ เฟซบุ๊ก รองลงมาคือยูทูป และเพื่อนในที่ทำางาน ตามลำดับ โดยมีความถี่ในการเปิดรับ 1-2 ครั้งต่อเดือน ระยะเวลาที่ใช้สื่อแต่ละครั้ง 15 -30 นาที และใช้สื่อในช่วงเวลา 21.01 – 24.00 น. 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวภูป่าเปาะเป็นครั้งแรก โดยพาหนะที่ใช้คือรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล เดินทางในช่วงวันหยุดยาว ใช้ระยะเวลาในการท่องเที่ยว 1 วัน โดยเป็นการเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวพร้อมกับครอบครัวเพื่อพักผ่อน และ 4) เพศ และภูมิลำเนาที่อยู่อาศัยของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการภูป่าเปาะ อำเภอหนองหิน จังหวัดเลยที่แตกต่างกันมีการเปิดรับสื่อเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the demographic factors of visitors to Phu Pa Po Mountain Tourist Service Center in Nong Hin District, Loei Province; 2) to study their media exposure; 3) to study their tourism behavior; and 4) to compare the visitors’ demographic factors with their media exposure. This was survey research. The sample population, chosen through purposive sampling, was 400 people who came to use the services at Phu Pa Po Mountain Tourist Service Center in Nong Hin District, Loei Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis used frequency, percentage, t test, and analysis of variance. The results showed that: 1) the majority of survey respondents were female, married, in the 20–29 age group, with a bachelor's degree or the equivalent. They were either civil servants or state enterprise employees, had an income of less than 10,000 baht per month, and resided in the Northeast region of Thailand. 2) Facebook provided the most exposure to tourism media, with YouTube and co-workers following closely behind. They typically encountered the media 1-2 times a month, spending 15-30 minutes at a time, primarily between 21:01 and 24:00. 3) Most of the survey respondents said they were visiting Phu Pa Po for the first time and had arrived by personal car. Most of them visited on a one-day trip during a long weekend or holiday. Most of them traveled with their families for leisure and relaxation. 4) Differences in the demographic factors of gender and area of residence were related to differences in the variables of media exposure to a statistically significant degree at the significance level of 0.05.
