Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนา และประเมินคุณภาพสื่ออีเลิร์นนึ่งสำหรับการฝึกนักบินของฝูงบิน 211 และ (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสื่ออีเลิร์นนึ่งสำหรับการฝึกนักบินของฝูงบิน 211 ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำการออกแบบสร้างสื่ออีเลิร์นนึ่ง สำหรับการฝึกนักบินของฝูงบิน 211 ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนในการพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นก่อนการผลิต ขั้นการผลิต ขั้นหลังการผลิต และการประเมินผล โดยให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม เพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไข และทำการประเมินคุณภาพก่อนการเผยแพร่ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เจาะจงกลุ่มครูการบิน จำนวน 5 คน และทำการ
เผยแพร่ให้ทดลองเรียน โดยเจาะจงกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักบินฝูงบิน 211 จำนวน 25 คน จากนั้นประเมินความคิดเห็น ความพึงพอใจโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์และใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สื่ออีเลิร์นนึ่งสำหรับการฝึกนักบินของฝูงบิน 211 มีคุณภาพใน
ระดับดี และ (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างนักบินฝูงบิน 211 มีความคิดเห็นเชิงบวกต่อสื่ออีเลิร์นนึ่งในระดับมากและมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this independent study were as follows: (1) to develop and evaluate the quality of e-learning used for Squadron 211's pilot training and (2) to study about their attitudes and satisfactions of e-learning used for Squadron 211's pilot training The researcher has designed e-learning to train the pilots of the squadron 211. The process involved 4 steps which are, pre-production, production, post-production and evaluation. It was examined by the experts to rectify and it was evaluated its quality before publicizing by interviewing 5 instructor pilots of Squadron 211. Moreover, it was publicized to the target group which is 25 pilots of Squadron 211. Then, the process of assessing attitude and satisfaction are collected by questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data collected.The results of these analyzes showed that (1) the quality of e-learning used for training the pilots of Squadron 211 is good and (2) the pilots of Squadron 211 strongly agree with e-learning. They are also very satisfied with it.
