ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนกำแพงเพชรวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนกำแพงเพชรพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 (2) ศึกษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนกำแพงเพชรพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 จำแนกตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนกำแพงเพชรพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูที่ทำหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนกำแพงเพชรพิทยาคม สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 41 จำนวน 97 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระดับการนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่มีค่าความเที่ยง .97 และแบบบันทึกผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนจำแนกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีระดับการนิเทศมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ รองลงมาคือด้านเทคนิคและวิธีการสอนของครู ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ด้านส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการผลิตและการใช้นวัตกรรมในการเรียนการสอนตามลำดับ (2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เรียงจากระดับดีลงไปตามลำดับได้แก่ สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ศิลปะ วิทยาศาสตร์ สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ภาษาต่างประเทศ ภาษาไทย และคณิตศาสตร์ และ (3) การนิเทศงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of supervision on academic affairs of school administrators in Kampaeng Phet Pitayakom School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 41; (2) to study the levels of learning achievement of students in Kampaeng Phet Pitayakom School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 41 as classified by the learning area; and (3) to study the relationships between school administrators’ supervision on academic affairs and learning achievement of students in Kampaeng Phet Pitayakom School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 41. The research sample consisted of 97 teachers teaching in Kampaeng Phet Pitayakom School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 41, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire on the level of supervision on academic affairs of school administrator, with reliability coefficient of .97, and a recording form for student’s learning achievements classified by learning area. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research findings showed that (1) the overall level of school administrators’ supervision on academic affairs was at the moderate level; when specific aspects of the supervision were considered, the aspect that the teachers received the highest level of supervision was that on learning measurement and evaluation, followed by that on teacher’s teaching methods and techniques, that on curriculum knowledge and understanding, that on promotion of action research in the classroom, and that on production and uses of innovations in instruction, respectively; (2) the students’ learning achievement as a whole was at the good level, when learning achievements in specific learning areas were considered, they could be ranked from top to bottom as follows: that in the health and physical education learning area; that in the career and technology learning area; that in the arts learning area; that in the science learning area; that in the social studies, religion and culture learning area; that in the foreign languages learning area; that in the Thai language learning area; and that in the mathematics learning area, respectively; and (3) the school administrators’ supervision on academic affairs correlated positively at the high level with the students’ learning achievements, which were significant at the .05 level of statistical significance.
