Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด จําแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคของสมาชิกต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด
ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด มีจํานวน 5,911 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจํานวน 374 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบช่วงชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จะทําการตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด จังหวัดเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาการมีส่วนร่วมเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด จังหวัดเชียงราย จําแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า สมาชิกที่มีอายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ของครัวเรือนเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกแตกต่างกัน จะมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนสมาชิกที่มี เพศแตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินธุรกิจสหกรณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้ระบุปัญหาอุปสรรคของการมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแม่จัน จํากัด แต่มีเพียงบางรายได้ระบุปัญหาคือการที่สมาชิกไม่มีเวลาและไม่เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์
The purposes of this study were (1) to study the members’ participation in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited; (2) to compare the members’ participation in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited based on individual characteristics; and (3) to investigate the members’ problems in participating the business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited. The population of this research was 5,911 members of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited. The sample consisted of 374 members by using stratified random sampling. The data was collected by using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test. The results of this study showed that (1) overall members’ participation in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited, Chiang Rai province, was at high level. Considering each aspects, the participation in decision making, operation, gaining benefits and evaluation were high; (2) members with different age, educational background, occupation, average income and duration of membership participated in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited differently with statistical significance 0.05 whereas members with different gender participated similarly; and (3) most members did not comment about the problems of participating in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited. However, some commented about time limitation and lack of members’ understanding their roles of participation in business operations of Mae Chan Agriculture Cooperative Limited.
