ความสำเร็จของการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

วิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1)ความสำเร็จของการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลและ 2) สภาพการณ์การนิเทศทางการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มศึกษาเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 20 คน คัดเลือก แบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองตามแนวคิดของชไวเรียน ประกอบด้วย1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ความสำเร็จของการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.97 และ 3) คำถามปลายเปีดเกี่ยวกับสภาพการณ์การนิเทศทางการพยาบาล ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาได้เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยการ แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความสำเร็จของการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สภาพการณ์การนิเทศทางการพยาบาล ในด้านต่างๆอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีมาก 3) มีแนวทางการนิเทศทางการพยาบาล ชัดเจน ครอบคลุม และสม่ำเสมอ แต่ยังพบปัญหาอุปสรรถบางประการด้านผู้นิเทศมีภาระงานมาก อัตรากำลังมีน้อยส่งผลให้การนิเทศไม่ได้ตามแผนการนิเทศในบางหน่วยงาน

This descriptive study aimed:1) to explore the success of nursing supervision and 2) to find a situation of nursing supervision at a community Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Participants included with 20 registered nurses working at the community hospital, and they were selected by the purposive sampling technique. Research instrument was a questionnaire developed by researchers and consisted of 3 sections: 1) general information, 2) the success of nursing supervision, and 3) the situation of nursing supervision (open-ended questions). These tools were verified by five experts. The content validity index and the Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the second section were equal 0.97, and the content validity of the third section was 0.97. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as followed. 1) Nurses rated their success of nursing supervision at the high level. 2) They rated the situation of nursing supervision between the high and the highest level 3) Nurses expressed that the direction of supervision practices was clear, covered, and regular. However, nursing supervisors stated two obstacles: working overload, and staff shortages. which resulted in a mismatch between nursing supervision practices and plans in some units.
